| My claustrophobia does not like going to the dentist + my younger years of not taking care of my teeth make them sensitive, however, my hygienist Vanessa is so gentle and checks on me regularly. I used to have to have gel anaesthesia just to have someone clean my teeth, but Vanessa is so gentle that is no longer needed. I refuse to go to someone else and hope and pray she never leaves, or I may leave too and follow her. She is like a close friend and remembers everything about me and my family. | Quickest cleaning I've ever had. Margarita is the best! Her kindness radiates and she made me feel more comfortable before my cleaning. She works fast but very well- no dawdling! & she will accommodate if you need! (Ex: I have dry mouth so she leaves the sucker tube on my chest instead of in my mouth. Ex: I have TMJD so she let's me take breaks as often as I need to close my mouth and work my jaw a little.) Dr. Rapport filled my first cavity EVER and I don't really even remember it because it was so painless. She took extra time at the beginning to make sure I was fully numb- I was resisting the numbing cream or something- and kept making sure I was still numb during the procedure. Everyone in the office is welcoming and kind AND professional and efficient. I hope they stay there for a while now... it's hard to find a good dentist! And for what it is worth, those two minutes made a big impression -- the lobby chairs were some of the most comfortable I've ever sat in in a waiting room. When the exam started, the dental hygienist explained everything to me and gave me very good ideas on taking care of my teeth. | Love the staff and the quality of care. My only concern was that there were three people in the small waiting room waiting to be seen. We weren’t all there for a long time but it was a little worrying as I wasn’t sure how long we would all be there. Aside from that everything is as clean and they even took your temperature before you were taken back. Everyone was wearing masks, patients included. My hygienist has made several helpful recommendations with regards to products. I was having an issue with tartar buildup, despite brushing and flossing regularly. If I could have her clean my teeth weekly, I would. What a delight she was while helping me with my teeth. | I recently called the office with a very painful toothache and they were able to get me in that day for a look. The staff and dentist were very nice; xrays and exam were performed, but no work was done yet. I was given a prescription for the infection and pain and will visit again soon for my cleaning and work to be done. The staff were great and came up with a plan for my work over the next year. Although I wish the work on the infected tooth could be done that day, the medicine seems to helping with that pain; which still exists. | Want to feel comfortable about coming to the dentist? Well this is the place to go. Starting with the smiles and greeting from the front desk. Virtually no waiting, I was taken right on time for my 1:40 appointment and that was with them being fully booked that day. The hygienist was so gentle taking a full set of X-Rays which normally hurts in other offices that are trying to hurry to squeeze in the next patient. Dr. Rapport is top of the line in dentistry, superb workmanship, professionalism and such care that she has for her patient truly shows. | This is the absolute best dentist I have been to. I ended up with an emergency the day before vacation and since they were closed went to another place. They wanted almost $1000. I ended up waiting and so glad I did. When I got back, got in here and they were awesome! I ended up paying around $200 and didn’t need all the work they said I did at the other place. | I have been going to the Windermere Center for Dentistry for a few years now. From the time you call and speak with Becky to your actual appointment and cleaning, everything is awesome! The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. Becky is awesome at working a schedule and finding something that will work with mine. I’ve had to change appointments before and it’s never been a hassle. I also see Tricia. She’s been my hygienist since I started going and if I ever was nervous to go to the dentist before, all those fears are gone now. She is incredibly friendly, super gentle during cleanings, and does an amazing job making sure my “pearly whites” stay pearly white. If you’re having a bad day and then have to go to the dentist too, Tricia’s warm smile will definitely help to ease your day...if only for the hour you’re there. I’m so glad to be a patient here! | It was 10:30 on a Thursday morning and unexpectedly one of my cap and post became dislodged requiring attention.. As regular dentist office was closed for vacation; however, had referral agreement with Windemere Center for Dentistry .. After arrival ,less than 5 minute wait ( which I thought was outstanding due to no appointment and literally a walk in ) my tooth was repaired and I was back up and running in 30 minutes...
