The time we first called and spoke with the receptionist Michelle who is absolutely amazing we knew this was the place for us. She is the prime example of what customer service should be and we need more people like her. Dr. Botero-Nebel and all the staff are amazing. | When you walk in you will be greeted by Michelle the waiting area is the prettiest, cleanest waiting area I have ever seen. The team is friendly, professional and skilled. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did an awesome job and there was no pain. There were no surprises every step was planned out. Dr. Vivian sat with me and explained what she saw in the X-rays. Nothing gets done until it’s completely explained including what it will cost out of pocket. | Vivian Botero-Nebel D.M.D. Is the best dentist in Staten Island, Hands down! Very caring, gentle, kind, and she explains the procedure to you in detail. That for me, makes me more comfortable because I know what to expect. My children 6 and 8 years old beg me to take them to the dentist ... Now how many parents can say that! I can because I take them to see Vivian. She has a way with children! The staff is always amazing, not one nasty person, which is a pleasure. I have never had a problem getting an emergency appt., both times I needed it they squeezed me in that day or the very next day. I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone!! Allison |

| Dr. Botero-Nebel is an exceptional dentist, we highly recommend her! She doesn't overbook so no long waits, she explains everything and answers all your questions and offers very helpful advice. Her staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful! We have never had such thorough exams and cleanings, we jokingly refer to her cleanings as "car washes" and look forward to them.
