| I'm writing on behalf of my dad Benjamin who has been seeing Dr. Vicky Zhu and he can not say enough about her!! My dad hasn't been to the dentist in years and recently came across some major issues with his teeth. Needless to say he was very worried. However, Dr. Vicky Zhu took the fear of going to the dentist-She was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. | If you know me, then you know I hate going to the Dentist. But Dr.Zhu is different. She actualy cares about your pain and isn’t looking for a a +1 to her patient list. She goes out of her way all the time and remembers the specifics about many of her patients. If you are afraid of the dentist like I am, please do yourself a favor and visit this office. | Today I woke up convinced my implant was "moving" and had become "dislodged"! It was Kathryn (always so nice, front desk coordinator) who took my frantic call and instructed me to come right in-without hesitation! Dr. Zhu greeted me at the door, examined my implant, took an x ray, reexamined it and even examined the old implant two molars away; then reassured me the implant's integrity was perfect! What a relief! I believe it was (and this is so embarrassing) a popcorn kernel that wedged between my teeth, that poor Dr. Zhu had to remove! No damage done and the tooth feels fine now. Gabby (dental assistant) handed me some new dental flosses to try at home. Great idea Gabby! Dr. Zhu and all her wonderful staff are committed and invested in their patients. | I love Dr. Zhu and their staff. I came from a background of bad oral health and it caught up to me when I realized just how much damage I did to my teeth. I had a dentist that berated and shamed me for my teeth everytime I went. Then I moved to MA and had a crown placed by dental students and was in excruciating pain. When I finally reached Dr. Zhu, she and her staff have been incredibly kind. I was told by the dental students that I needed to get 5 crowns right away. Dr. Zhu said that down the road, I may need to get fillings repaired but that would be done when it is necessary. She doesn't force treatments on you, but she knows when intervention is needed. | My wife and I have been searching for a good dental service since our excellent dentist retired ten years ago. We had tried so many other dental services since and did not get the satisfactory results we expected, until my wife accidentally found out Dr. Zhu from one of her patients. My wife called the office and immediately got an appointment for both of us. The staff answering the phone was polite and very helpful. Our experiences with Dr. Zhu to date is excellent. She is not only a perfectionist in her trade but also an excellent diagnostician. She sorted out our nagging dental issues and we got very satisfactory results. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a good dentist. Besides, her staffs are very friendly and approachable. You would not regret to make that decision. William |
| I have never been so impressed with a "dentist visit" like this! After chipping my front tooth, I called Dr Zhu's office and her staff immediately gave me an appointment within a couple of hours! Dr. Zhu patiently and carefully examined, X rayed (rule out further tooth damage) and repaired my chipped tooth. Her cosmetic bonding abilities and talent are amazing! Coincidentally, this was my first dentist visit as a new patient. I am thrilled and appreciate being accepted as a new patient in this office. | I would give 10 stars if I could because I have been to other dentists who don’t really show they care about the patient but not here. It’s like you are an extra special person from the minute you walk in. The staff is very genuine and super friendly. They put you at ease which I am thankful for. The star of the show, Dr Vicki Zhu is amazing and tells you everything you have to know. She’s got a wonderful sense of humor. | I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I really enjoyed my cleaning today. I didn’t have as much discomfort as I usually do because of my sensitivity issues. The staff at Dr. Zhu’s office are experts at what they do. And Dr. Zhu gives you all the time you need to ask questions and explain procedures and I never feel rushed. In fact, I feel like I’m taking up too much of her time, LOL. I would highly recommend making Dr. Zhu and her staff your dentist of choice. S. B |

| Wendy recently went in for a cleaning. We could not be more satisfied with the service and care Dr. Zhu and Anna provided. They were wonderfully patient with Wendy, and did all they could to accommodate her during the cleaning/consultation (W is disabled with a neurological/movement disorder). Anna provided suggestions we will use to aide brushing at home (we are challenged by involuntary movements), and she and Dr. Zhu developed a cleaning plan to ensure we keep Wendy's teeth/gums healthy. We have been seeing Dr. Zhu for almost a year (approx 10 visits total). She and every one of her staff (Anna, Gabriala, and Lexi) have always been professional, compassionate, and welcoming to us.
