| After Dr. Lamoreaux examined my condition and determined that I needed extensive further review and procedures, his entire staff went to work to get me scheduled for the needed care going forward! Two days later, after seeing an Endodonist and a Oral Surgeon, I had three molars extracted - one of the molars, Dr. Lamoreaux has been trying to persuade me to get extracted for the past few years! | Our whole family has been so pleased with the care we have received over the past 7 years from Tri Lakes Dental. When we initially brought our 4-year-old in, he had previously been seen by an office who did not allow parents in the treatment room. Dr. Lamoroux welcomed parents back which made our son feel so much more comfortable at such a small age. Wendy, an office staff member, came out prior and sat beside him in the waiting room chatting with him for a long time and by the time he went back, he had found her to be his new friend and has loved her ever since. Dr. Lamoroux knows how to give numbing shots which do not hurt. He has also saved me from getting treatment I did not need, saving me money. We could not be happier with Tri Lakes Dental!! | Dr. Lamoreaux is a professional, courteous and knowledgeable dentist. He treats his patients with care. I had a tooth extracted and he did such a good job. Usually something like that can be torture to say the least. He made it a much more dare I say pleasant experience. Of course I had pain when I got home but it was minimal. | It was my daughters first ever check up and the tech explained everything and was very kid friendly. Daughter had a blast and loved her bag of goodies (toothbrush, paste, floss, and then the treasure box. She cant wait to return. Also, they were very non-pushy about sealants. Dr. Lamareaux, in addition to being one of the best, quality dentists I've had in my 60 years, sets the example for his staff with a friendly, non judgemental and calming style. Tiffany is amazing managing appointments from the point of booking to moving the patients efficiently through their visit and also provides timely updates should appointments have to be changed and does all this with such a friendly and welcoming style. Christine did an excellent job with the cleaning and xrays and also has the same friendly style that I've enjoyed from everyone at this office. | Tiffany at the front desk is so nice and friendly. it's a pleasure getting a call from her to remind me of my appointments. It's always a hoot to get a cleaning from my favorite hygienist because we talk about being in Alaska and when my husband comes in they talk about growing up in Peoria, IL. She's a true professional. | I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have used several dentists in Colorado Springs, and was routinely unsatisfied with at least 1 phase of my visit. I interviewed the dental staff at TriLakes Dental prior to making an appointment, and they passed with flying colors. Very compassionate and caring employees, the newest technology, and quality of care will keep me coming back. I had major dental work done and came away satisfied. They even told me exactly what my portion of the bill would be before my appointment so there was no "sticker shock" when I was done.
