| I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice & every single person that I had an interaction with! & this is coming from someone who is DEATHLY afraid of the dentist. & yea this is coming from a 30 year old women. When I was a child I used to go visit my grandparents in Russia & on one of these trips they decided that I needed my adenoids removed but the way this is done in the US & there is very very different. To wrap up a long and gruesome story, because of that traumatic experience I have avoided ever going to the dentist. My teeth were starting to pay the price of that and after dealing with pain in my mouth for over 2 months I decided I couldn’t do it anymore and had to get over my fear. My boyfriend and his mom recommended Dr. Roskos, and even though I was having extreme anxiety for 2 days prior I went, very reluctantly. I have always been treated wonderfully and my Humana insurance covers 2 cleanings per year entirely for all. I appreciate the fact that they seem focused on having happy customers over extracting money with little charges here and there. Kids love their visits as they get to put a coin into the "gumball machine" that gives out little toys. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes in the lobby. Big thumbs up all the way around! I called the office to see if they could help.. To my surprise and pleasure, I was given an appointment only a couple of hours later. As always, the service I received was professional, kind, thoughtful and warm. The expert treatment I received has me on the road to recovery. I should say, in addition, how wonderful it was to see all the staff members who took such great care of us over the years. My insurance changed several years ago and Dr Roskos was no longer covered. No way was I going to change dentists. I would rather pay out of plan. That's how happy I am with this dental group. | I called this dentist's office at 7:30am with an emergency dental situation. I had a crown on one of my teeth that needed an emergency root canal, and I was in hell with the agony that had kept me up all night long. I was terrified to say the least. Without hesitation, they had me come in at 8am and assured they could squeeze me in. I came in to the office in tears, but grateful. I anticipated a bunch of wait time like I have with most offices, but right away, they got me back in, took the X-ray, and the dentist was in to give me shots to start numbing my mouth, and started right away. Not to mention, I was terrified because I was so nauseous from the pain and I hate those x-rays! The dental assistant went out of her way to help me stay relaxed and make it go as fast as possible. | I don't take pain killers. I had cavities under two crowns. Dr Roskos removed the crowns, drilled and filled the cavities and his great staff fitted me for temporaries and new crowns. His expertise made it painless. Glad the team is there for me. Lynn R |

| My last visit was simply a cleaning. Denise, as usual, did a fabulous job. My teeth not only looked better, they felt better. She is an excellent hygienist, and I prefer her above all others, although I have had some different hygenist over the years and it seems that all the hygenist at Thomas and Roskos are all pretty excellent. | My husband and I both made the switch to Dr. Roskos and it was the best decision we ever made. The care we receive from both Dr. Roskos and his staff is outstanding, everything is explained, all questions are answered and one never feels rushed in regards to one's appointment. We also like the fact, that all of our choices in regards to certain work that needs to be done are explained, and then we make the choice as to the best option for us. Denise is the person we use to clean our teeth and she is always sharing her knowledge with you on how to take care of one's teeth. Always a great experience when we come to this office. Linda |

| As ALWAYS my experience at Thomas and Roskos DMD, PC is top notch, number one, best dental care ever! From the second you are greeted at the door you are treated like family. This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been a patient at!! The amazing ladies at the front desk/front office are just incredible! Friendly, intelligent, personable, professional, just downright the best! The hygienists are impeccable. I have a favorite, of coarse. Her name is Suzanne and she is the most knowledgable hygenist and just the most super sweet and friendly and funny person ever!!!!! The dentists; wow! I normally see Dr Roskos, but I have seen Dr Thomas on occasion and they are both so honest and kind and just intelligent and they treat you like family. It's literally a dental office filled with the friendliest, most honest and humble, kind and intelligent dental professionals on the planet. I can't say enough good things about this practice!
