| Staff was friendly, doctor was nice and respectful. They were very explicit about the payment plan but they were not explicit step by step about the implant procedure. I would have wanted a video, or hands on on a model by the doctor showing step by step the implant procedure and the advantages and disadvantages, the risks involved in this procedure. More like one on one consultation by the doctor. My husband did 11 implants and five extraction in one day. He is 69 years old. It’s a very painful procedure. Takes time to heal. Doctor was very nice prescribing pain medication. It is a very clean place, advanced in technology. Doctor has experience and is a good surgeon. I definitely would recommend this place. But as I patient I would ask explicit information about step by step procedures about the surgery and implants before I decide to go ahead with the implants. Valeria F |
