They were able to identify the problem and due to some appointment cancellations, they were able to fix the issue immediately with a temporary crown. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I took my three year old son here for his first dentist appointment (my best friend highly recommended them, she said they are great with kids) I made his appointment and we were welcomed with open arms ( I’m so sorry his little brother cried the whole time) but my three year old sat in the chair and she explained everything that she was going to use and do and he sat there like a big boy and had his teeth examined and cleaned! I was so impressed! I am actually going to switch the whole family to this dentist because of how friendly everyone is! They are gentle, patient, and kind and they try to make it as relaxing as possible for me! From the time I walk in the office, everyone takes the time to talk to me and make me feel valued. | This is my 2nd cleaning and 3rd visit. I like it here! I like how I’m treated and I feel that the dentist is up on the latest technology. I spent many years with a different dentist but that dentist doesn’t take insurance. I just went on Medicare within the past year and now I have to watch what is coming out of pocket. | I had an old crown come apart in a front tooth. Fawaz was very efficient and friendly as he xray'd the tooth. Dr. Taylor gave me my choices for the tooth: I need a new one! It's 22 years old and can't be fixed. I figured as much. He filed down the rough edges so it didn't hurt and paper work was sent in for cost of a new crown. I hadn't realized Dr.Suglio's Dentistry had added another Doctor and assistant. Both wonderful additions! Thanks so much. Jane S |

From the beautifully decorated waiting area to the friendly atmosphere, I am thoroughly pleased with my first visit. I had Renee to clean my teeth. She was like a long lost family friend and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was also friendly and personable. | I have been going to this practice for 56yrs. starting with Dr. Freeborn. Dentists were very scary to me from little up. When I found this practice they made me feel comfortable and safe. Wouldn’t change for anything. When Dr. Suglio took over I was a little worried to start someone new but I liked him from the start. He is very kind and gentle. | I arrived to the office 10 minutes early for paperwork. The office was pleasant and clean and the Stagg greeted me with a smile. My wait was a little longer than expected but the regional manager Jen took me to the room herself and gave me a gift card for the wait which was a pleasant surprise. The doctor and the hygienist were very communicative and explained everything to me and took their time to ensure my teeth were properly cleaned and I was taken care of. I was not eligible for new Xrays through my insurance, but the office took care of them so they had updated images. They really cared about my health and time.i will be back and I will recommend. | My daughter went to the dentist by herself and text me as soon as she was back there in the chair and said they are so nice Mom! I said I am so glad we switched dentist she said me too! Then after her appointment she called me crying with happiness that they fixed her chipped tooth , while she went there to get cavities filled! They also fixed another tooth that was next to the chipped tooth and made her smile so much better !! She literally could not stop smiling she was so happy!!! Thank you so much!!! | I recently had a filling and crown in one visit. Dr. Koehler was very compassionate and reassuring during the entire process. He was very careful to make sure that none of the novocaine got into my mouth because it tastes terrible. Scott prepared my temp crown and took great pains to make sure that it fit and was comfortable. In addition, I had stopped in with a question and, due to a cancellation, they took me right in, 2 hours earlier than my scheduled time. I am a longtime patient of Dr. Forster, but this is my 1st experience with Summit Dental. As far as drilling goes, it was a very pleasant one! Karen Z |
