I honestly couldnât have asked for a better experience for her. Every single person we interacted withâfrom the front desk to the dentistâwas so incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything in a way she could understand and made her feel completely comfortable the entire time. It meant so much to see her feel safe and even excited. | I have loved coming to Summit Family Dental since we started here a couple years ago. I've been pleased with previous dentist offices I've been with, but there is something special about the staff at Summit. Dr's. Mohn and Koehler are both phenomenal with kids. My almost-4-year-old is still nervous about much of the process of teeth cleaning, but the hygienists and dentists are so patient and collaborative, that I don't worry about my son building a good relationship with teeth hygiene. I also can be pretty anxious, but I know I am in good hands when I'm there, so my overall anxiety around dental procedures is MUCH better than it was previously! In the past, anybody that assisted Dr. Storm or worked on my teeth, cleaning are all awesome and you can see it when youâre in the office theyâre well organized. Being a retired surgical nurse for 50 years they are an excellent team they work together and that just shows excellence. Even at the front desk or when checking out all the employees are very respectful and nice. | Due to a toothache, I was able to get into the office very quickly and Dr. Storm removed my tooth and also explained why I need a bone graph so that I could save my tooth next to the missing tooth. He was very professional, and I appreciate that he let me know the reasoning that I needed the bone graph. I didnât have the money and the staff mentioned about Caremark. I am so relieved that I am no longer in excruciating pain from an exposed root. My son has been going to this place for many many years. They have saved his teeth also as he has a lot of gum issues. | This is my 2nd cleaning and 3rd visit. I like it here! I like how Iâm treated and I feel that the dentist is up on the latest technology. I spent many years with a different dentist but that dentist doesnât take insurance. I just went on Medicare within the past year and now I have to watch what is coming out of pocket. | I had an old crown come apart in a front tooth. Fawaz was very efficient and friendly as he xray'd the tooth. Dr. Taylor gave me my choices for the tooth: I need a new one! It's 22 years old and can't be fixed. I figured as much. He filed down the rough edges so it didn't hurt and paper work was sent in for cost of a new crown. | I arrived to the office 10 minutes early for paperwork. The office was pleasant and clean and the Stagg greeted me with a smile. My wait was a little longer than expected but the regional manager Jen took me to the room herself and gave me a gift card for the wait which was a pleasant surprise. The doctor and the hygienist were very communicative and explained everything to me and took their time to ensure my teeth were properly cleaned and I was taken care of. I was not eligible for new Xrays through my insurance, but the office took care of them so they had updated images. They really cared about my health and time.i will be back and I will recommend. In addition, I had stopped in with a question and, due to a cancellation, they took me right in, 2 hours earlier than my scheduled time.
