 I received excellent care from the Hygienist. She was thorough, explained what and why she was doing each area. I felt very relaxed and confident with her expertise. The Dentist came in and was pleasant , and explained what her treatment plan was going forward . Same level of appreciated care.  I can't say enough about the care I get at Summit Dental in Green. Dr. Lauren Young and her staff do a fantastic job all through the process. I'm still impressed with their operation compared to my old dentist's office. Way better in all respects. So glad I switched to Summit Dental for my care.

 Dental hygienist that did my cleaning, Jennie, was super kind and gentle. Dentist is also great. Only drawback is can only get in for next cleaning. In 8 months. This is a little long, specially because if you need a filling, then it takes another several months to get in for that.

 The staff (Danielle & Joy) were very pleasant and very helpful in scheduling and ensuring I was prepared for my exam. Jenny did an outstanding job of not only cleaning my teeth but recommending things I could do between exams. She also made sure I was comfortable with the cleaning.

 With this being my first time as a patient here I can honestly say it was great. Erin (sorry if name is spelled wrong) was so nice and thorough with the cleaning of my teeth. Walking me through what she was going to do. Dr. Young was very nice as well letting me know all the details. Both my kids have been here as well and the ladies were super nice and patient with them.  My visit was excellent! The person doing the cleaning did and excellent job and took her time. I was given the opportunity to share a decision to make on the requirements of a new crown on a tooth that was starting to develop a small cavity below an existing crown which I was glad to be able to share.

 Went in for scheduled cleaning, was called back by the hygienist on time. Hygienist was a newer employee, did excellent work, very efficient, communicated very well, letting me know what to expect next. Gum recession measurement tool was not forced into my gums till they bled, which is a 100% improvement in care.

 For the first time, I was very unhappy with the level of service. The cleaning didn't seem complete as the tech jumped around my mouth from place to place. I also used a water-grinding tool that seemed to leave my teeth rough. The water was running out of my mouth to the point of running down my chin and onto my shirt. The suction tube was stuck to my tung or to the inside of my mouth most of the time. I don't take these review most of the time but I felt you need to know.

 Wonderful staff! Jenny cleaned my teeth. She’s very outgoing and personable. I can definitely tell she enjoys her job and getting to know the patients. Dr. Young is compassionate and incredibly kind. She has a great temperament, especially for those fearful of the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr Young and this practice!

 Sorry for the delay. My Dental Hygienist was/is terrific. She's been my hygienist several times and she has always done a great job. I feel very comfortable in the chair when she does her job. She explains the process as she goes along and checks with me if I'm experiencing any discomfort. She recommended an electronic tooth brush and we've taken her advice purchasing this specific brand. The dentist who provided the check up is always professional and talks with me explaining what she is observing and laid out a plan forever the next six months. I've recommended this office to others and this is the dental office for my daughter and her family.

 Very satisfied with cleaning. A special X-ray was taken to show me pins in a tooth that I thought was in my last left molar. It was the tooth next to the molar! For 40 years or more I thought the pins were in a different tooth! Beth is very personable and competent, and Dr. Young confirmed that I have no new cavities! My mother had told me, when I was very young, that I'd have false teeth before I was 21! Since my "baby teeth" decayed very fast, she was sure that my permanent teeth would, also, unless I took great care of them. Some of my close relatives made fun of my "baby teeth," and some said that they were too soft. I once worked with a woman who made her young children use their allowances to pay for dental work! She said that they'd refrain from eating sweets and they'd brush often, because they didn't want to pay for dental work! My parents weren't that strict or ridiculous, but my mom made it clear that I had to take care of my permanent teeth. She had false upper t

 The best group. They all are proficient,personable,knowledgeable and care so much about your comfort. Dr. Young had to use all her skill on a very difficult cap asking me every few minutes if I am all right. Kudos to everyone.

 Everyone was very nice. I went in for a broken bridge and a filling that had fallen out. The bridge was unable to be fixed but did get modified. The filling and a cavity was scheduled for two months later. It was more important to sell me a care plan and schedule me a cleaning before I get my filling and cavity done. The care plan was said to be for 365 days but if you have to wait two months to get in that only covers six days of appointments. If you are so backed up why do you take on new clients?

 I broke a crown on Sunday and called Dr Youngs office. On Monday I got a call and was given an appointment the same day. I have a broken leg and on a walker and it is very difficult to walk. I was greeted by Danielle and escorted to a room. Sherry took x-rays and made me very comfortable. Dr Young decided to prepare my tooth for a temporary crown since it is so difficult for me to walk. Amy and Sherry assisted. I don't know who numbed me but I didn't feel a thing. She was great. I can't express how thankful I was for the wonderful treatment. Every person in the office is so friendly helpful and Kind. I highly recommend Dr Young and her team.

 My appointment was great from start to finish. Danielle and Ellie greeted me with smiling faces. I was taken within 5 minutes by Katie to have my check -up and cleaning. She did a wonderful job. Dr Young then examined my teeth and intends to watch a small spot on one tooth. The atmosphere in the office is enhanced by all the friendliness and is very calming. My friend Fran is a "nervous Nelly" and no longer dreads dental appointments because of the way we are treated.

 Visiting a dentist is very stressful for me, so my visit yesterday got off to a rocky start with the hygienist basically querying me as to why, "since it is only a cleaning," I would request nitrous oxide. (which turned out to be not available) And, it ended with a deep sigh and an eye roll at check-out from the dark-haired scheduler on the left, when I told her I could not hear her. I wear hearing aids and I could hear the scheduler on the right very well, but not the woman in front of me who talked quietly and to the computer screen instead of directly to me. (I have at least twice in previous visits noted that I am hearing impaired.) I have a filling that needs to be replaced, according to Dr. Young, but the earliest appointment I can get is in two months. Hopefully, the old filling will last that long.

They were understanding and worked hard to fit me in and deal with my new dental issue quickly. They were very sympathetic and kind. I really appreciated them.

Also I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room, I was sent to the back within a couple of minutes of arriving, I would highly recommend Summit Dental Group.

The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and go out of their way to make clients feel comfortable. The dentist was totally excellent. He communicated extremely well and I left the office well informed about my treatment options and the costs. Their rates are also very reasonable. I was very pleasantly surprised when my bill was much lower than I expected. There are so many way overpriced dental offices these days it is nice to know that we can still get excellent dental care without going bankrupt!
