| It was a very good experience. I had to teeth pulled in same visit. And they were the best, non painful, non-problematic extractions I've ever had. The staff was excellent. Very helpful, informative, professional, and friendly. And have had absolutely no problems or pain in the first day and night after the extractions. | Love this dental group! Have been with them for at least 19 or 20 years. My kids who are now adults have all stayed with this practice till they moved out of state and some have specifically come back for a 2nd opinion. Dr Shannon treats our teeth as if it was his own family's teeth. Conservative but on top of things. You can't find better hygienists or dentist! Lisa P |
| As we all know any visit to the Dentist for serious work is not fun and nothing we look forward to, but if it has to be done then you can not make a better choice than Dr Shannon. He truly cares about his patients and goes way out of his way to ensure that you are comfortable and at ease. I truly believe that each patient he works on is very personal to him and he will do everything in his power to bring about a perfect outcome. If you need dental work done then stop looking around because you have arrived at the right doorstep. I would be remiss if I did not mention the wonderful staff that he has surrounded himself with. Their care and loving spirit make you feel at home and safe. Just a great place to have dental work done when you are already apprehensive to begin with. Thanks Dr Shannon and staff. I was referred to Dr. Shannon by a co-worker and after meeting him and his staff I knew without a doubt my transition would be a smooth one. I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Shannon and on the morning of the appointment I woke up nervous and scared. Well, with the help of a valium and assurance from Dr. Shannon and staff that everything would be ok, my nerves calmed down and I was at ease. | The friendliness of the whole team is outstanding; the second you walk in the door they call you by name and make you feel at home. I originally saw Dr. Shannon for a complicated procedure years ago and have been going there since for cleanings. I make a 2-hour round trip to see him and love the family oriented environment and the beautiful results Dr. Shannon provides.
