| I had my appointment with my “new” dentist (Amy). She found my 3rd molar was fractured. She found the cause of my tooth pain within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair. I was using another dentist and after 2 years of cleanings and checks he didn’t do any further tests (besides xrays) to find out why I was in pain 80% of the time. I saw Amy at 10:00 am, she found the problem, gave me priority on the cancellation list to come back because I was leaving for CA and would not be back for 3 weeks. When I got home the office called me back and said Amy wanted to/could do me at noon (I’m sure during their lunch break) to make sure I wouldn’t continue with intermittent bouts of pain. The entire crew was so accommodating and caring; especially Amy. She walked me through every step and why she was doing it; showed me mid treatment pictures and xrays to ensure the everything was out and completed to the best of her ability. Now for the most amazing part...she texted me to see how I was doing later JudyG |

Everyone who helped me was very friendly and helpful. Hygienist with the dark hair and bangs (I’m terrible with names) walked me through everything she did and was super nice. She went above and beyond her job. Made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She didn’t rush through the cleaning at all. You can tell the people who work there actually love what they do. | I was re-assured about one tooth, surprised by the comment that another, a bicuspid, is now showing cracks in the tooth and warrants a crown. Dr. Vincent warned me re biting something hard on that side but said, with care on my part, that could be delayed until the next visit. I trust her, received very good care also from the hygienist. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with the consequences of a fall years ago that broke my upper incisors then and subsequently have widened to other teeth, symptoms occurring within weeks of each other, right to left side each time! | This dentist office is so clean and have such kind , companionate and friendly people. They are willing to adopt whatever your needs are. I had made a mistake in the correct time to bring my mom in for a cavity. I called and they squeezed mom in with no problem. We did not even have to wait five minutes. | The office runs on time, staff is always friendly and pleasant. The hygienist was through and explained everything she was doing and how to best care for my gums.
