| Dr. Rad is always great, but recently she went above and beyond. I misremembered my appointment time and showed up a couple of hours early. She looked a little surprised to see me (and I didn't know why), but instead of telling me to go away until my actual appointment time, she fit me in and did her usual perfect job. It wasn't until I got home again that I realized my mistake. I'm not suggesting you show up at some random time (and I don't plan on EVER doing that again), but Dr. Rad really does go out of her way to take care of her patients. Ellen17 |

| My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Rad for over 10 years now. Dr.Rad was very helpful on my emergency situation. She was able to see me immediately after I called her. I had a slip and fall accident that required an immediate attention and she took care of it within few hours. I would highly recommend Dr. Rad if you are looking for a reliable dentist. Anonymous |

| Very thorough, as always, during my periodic six month visit, checking not only my teeth but the physical structures that are part of, as well as associated with, the oral cavity. Even a routine cleaning can become quite educational. Having recently acquired an electric toothbrush, Dr. Rad provided thoughtful suggestions re: the best way to produce optimal results when brushing and flossing. Kathleen M |

| Dr. Shiva Rad is the best dentist I have ever went to, this is why I have been going to her since 1995, despite moving away from Ann Arbor decades ago. Dr. Shiva Rad's clinical expertise is exemplary, she even did my Invisalign, years ago with great results. | Mary was very friendly and immediately put me at ease. She discussed areas of my mouth that need work and we both love cats! Dr. Rad was her usual calm and concerned self. | Wow Dr. Rad is an amazing dentist. As a new patient, she really took the time to get to know me while figuring out the health of my teeth and gums. Her office was very welcoming and she was very accommodating with my needs (new retainer). I’m very happy that I’ve found a great dentist in the area! Ryan H |
| Dr. Rad came in during her 4th of July Holiday to check my teeth because I was leaving for a week, and had felt part of a filling break off. And then she didn’t charge me for the appt.! Also, while I’m gone, Dr. Rad agreed to check to see if my insurance will cover a porcelain solution to the broken filling problem. Dr. Rad is gentle and generous, skillful and kind. Barbara K |

| This is a small, quiet office consisting of only three people: a gracious, gentle and exceptionally skillful dentist and two sweet and talented staff members. No matter what my dental woes, I actually enjoy going there: this is easily the least stressful dental experience one can have. Plus, the parking is ample and appointments are easy to get.
