| Dr. Hicken and his staff are best there is. He is kind, compassionate, and always gives the best advice on what you need. He doesn't try to give you unnecessary treatments. | I was a little scared to go to a new dentist after a bad expierce with another dentist. To my surprise S. Hicken was very pleasant. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. I felt confortable and He heard me carefully to my concerns and took into consideración my fear. Took care of my tooth in no time. Very easy and I was very relaxed. | I got my teeth cleaned and x-rayed. I was taken in on time and the procedure was completed quickly and painlessly. The technician was personable and I enjoyed the conversation we had. Dr. Hicken stopped in and looked at the X-ray and pointed out one small issue. I was out the door in about 50 minutes! Bruce |

| As always, and after many, many years being a patient, the professionalism and treatment I get from Dr. Hicken and the staff continues to be outstanding! In fact, this last appointment, my Dental Hygienist, knowing that I will be retiring in a few months, ensured that my teeth were x-rayed, and DR. Hicken reviewed the X-rays, as well as completed a physical exam of my teeth so that they could catch any problems and treat them before my insurance lapsed. Fortunately, no additional work is needed, which just shows that they really are just looking out for their patients. Great group of people! Miles P |

| I'm greatful for Dr. Hicken & Janette who were extremely understanding of our situation. My 93 yr old mother needed dental care after breaking her bottom teeth. Mom was terrified of dentist for several reasons. She was pleased with the visit & had no complaints. She is willing to return if & when there is a need.
