We moved to the area less than a year ago and were so happy to join their practice. Every appointment is made with ease and they always contact you if there’s a cancellation to see if you’d like to come in earlier. The new patient process is simple and they treat you like your family. Our insurance is through my husbands employer and most offices either don’t accept it or make the process difficult because it’s not a big name medical provider. | The moment you walk in the office door you are greeted by their friendly receptionist. As soon as I am checked in, I go right in for my appointment. I have been to this office about 10 times and have never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. The hygienist I see is extremely thorough and gentle on my teeth and gums. I never have to wince in pain from anything. The dentists are very thorough as well. | After having a terrible experience with a dentist in my teenage years, I have developed some pretty bad dental anxiety, especially when it comes to fillings. After avoiding the dentist for 5 years, I went and saw Dr. McGuinness. I had two cavities that needed to be filled, so naturally, I was a wreck. I told her about my anxieties, and she not only took the time to listen, but to ease my concerns. She gave me a lot of novocain because it made me feel more comfortable, and she took a lot of breaks to make sure I was doing ok. Though I don’t like going to the dentist, she definitely helped to lessen my anxieties, and I truly don’t think I will avoid the dentist like the plague anymore, thanks to her. Amy |

| If you want to look forward to going to the dentist, I would recommend going to Roseberry Family Dental...were they make going to the dentist feel like you're at home. Every employee there greets you with a smile and a friendly conversation. They are all genuine people and truly want you to enjoy your time while you are there. They are like a family and while you're there they make you part of their family. All hygienists and both doctors are awesome and are great with explaining everything to make sure you understand the care you are receiving. Having small children, who typically are afraid of new situations, the hygienists and doctors create a fun environment for kids and answer all the questions they have to ensure that there is nothing to fear when going to the dentist. My children and I all have had wonderful experiences at Roseberry Family Dental. I highly recommend their dental care. It's a great place full of wonderful people! Kayla |
