| Dr. Alex has always made me feel comfortable and not afraid of getting my regular check-ups and asking any questions I have..We had a big year there due to my husband getting all dentures/Implants which was such a scary thing for us both financially and emotionally . I will say I prefer some hygienist over others, to be very honest, the one I had yesterday seemed like she was struggling a bit and the other one that I had my prior prior 6 month appointment I feel more confidence in and feel like she did a more thorough cleaning then I got yesterday. She was nice, just preferred the other ones I’ve had prior. Because of my comfort level with Ridgeway Dental I’ve been great keeping up with my regular check-ups :) and encouraged my husband to go there this year for his serious, extensive work that needed to be done. | My appointment went very well. The office staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. I presented my new insurance card which was scanned, entered and returned in short order. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. The dental tech was friendly and skilled. X-rays, cleaning and evaluation were done professionaly done. Future treatment was discussed. | I called in for an appointment since I had a toothache that started the night before. I asked to see Gracie since she is my husband's dentist and my dentist is off that day. They got me in at 10:15 that day which was AWESOME. Gracie took a look at my aching tooth, knowing that we were leaving the following day for Arizona. She took readings of the gum area around the tooth and an xray of the tooth. She told me that the tooth could have a crack in it or it could be an infection that I could take antibiotics for. She would not have enough time to do either a root canal or a crown which may be what needed to be done. We were flying to Mesa, Arizona the following day and it is a 2 1/2 to 3 hour flight. Knowing that we were flying to Mesa the following day, she recommended that on the flight I should chew cinnamon gum and suck on cinnamon candies during the flight because of the oxygen pressure varying during the 3 hour flight. She also told me that she has a friend that is a de Cheri |

| Concerned care was given this patient when she alerted the nurse that she could not lie all the way back, that she experiences panic attacks and recently had a serious bout with vertigo. Each step of procedures taken were explained, particularly the x-raying of the entire mouth to view the depth of the teeth in the gums and whether any soreness could be detected at the roots of the teeth anywhere in the mouth. | We are always pleased after visiting Dr. Alex and the team at Ridgeway Dental. Abbey did our cleaning this time and she worked on me and my almost four year old. My crown came loose and I got it reattached right after my cleaning. My daughter loves going to the dentist because they really interact with her and make us both comfortable. She loved her new toothbrush and the stickers they give her. My daughter keeps telling people about how my tooth fell out and the doctor fixed it! Would suggest this place for anyone who ever had a bad experience elsewhere. I was afraid of getting care until I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alex and I hope I never have to go anywhere else. | I’m really glad I found this dentist office. Everyone is super kind. My hygienist was nice, gentle, and explained everything she was doing/going to do. They were short staffed so I waited 20 min or so for a dentist to sign off on her work. As I waited she sparked conversation with me and that made the time go faster; she could’ve left me in the chair and continued on with her clean up work etc. but she didn’t she stayed with me and “suffered” the wait by showing me her stupid human trick and I did the same, it was like a small talent show in a dentist chair hahaha- you don’t often find a dental hygienist who’ll do that with you during a wait. I saw a dentist that wasn’t my usual and it still felt like I was getting the dental care i needed. I’d see any dentist or hygienist they all seem so nice and are nice! You know you’ve found a good place when the staff is having fun doing British voices in the hallway narrating themselves waiting on a dentist …. It really made me giggle!! Anonymous |

| Due to my health I had to reschedule my appointment twice. This didn't seem to be a problem with Ridgeway Dental. Everyone seemed friendly and understanding. I had some X-rays taken and routine cleaning and polishing. All went well. The hygienist made clear what was going on and was friendly and helpful. When the doctor came in he checked things out thoroughly and listened carefully to some questions I had regarding getting a bridge. He answered my questions and gave me his advice. | The building is nice and is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. There are separate waiting areas and I and a play area for kids. The Dental Hygenus that I had was very nice and answered all my questions. I did pose one question to her and she said she would do some research on it. She was gentle cleaning my teeth and did an excellentjob. I hope I have her from now on. I did waited less than 5 minutes to get in after filling paperwork out for the first visit. I have just started seeing Dr. Horak because my dentist retired. I have been not only happy with Dr. Horak, but also very impressed. Dr. Alex did not disappoint! He is highly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the recommendations and decisions he was making for me and why. | My appointment was for 6 months cleaning but since I ended up having infection they allow me to come in early and they took care of the infection plus dentist prescribed antibiotics and they scheduled another root canal re-treatement. | I was quite surprised at how smoothly and efficiently everything went. My hygienist was friendly, competent, and gentle in treating my teeth. The dentist, whom I didn’t know, was likewise friendly and competent. He gave me a short exam and didn’t “try” to find something wrong. I believe that he took into account my age and realized that my dental condition wasn’t going to be perfect, but that it was sufficient for my needs.
