| Hi I went to the office on Monday 12/19/22 to have a crown recemented and I was seen by a new Dentist at 12:40pm The crown was done by Dr. Luciana Ares back in 2014 and it came off last Saturday night The new Dentist re-cemented the crown but to my surprise, she failed to sterilize the tooh and the orifice where the crown was placed. She cleaned the crown and just placed it in its place without cleaning the area. Back in March the same crown came off and Dr. Monique re-cemented it and made sure the area was properly sterilized before placing the crown back in. I am very concerned now that bacteria can grow inside my tooth and I may lose it. I totally regret not being seen by Dr. Monique. Daniel M |

| This review is coming from someone who hates the dentist !! I went there yesterday to get a food cleaning and the dental hygienist was the best . She made me feel so comfortable and had a very light hand . They take their time in make your teeth look great . After the cleaning the dentist came in and told me what’s the next steps in having better teeth . Right away a made appointment to come and get work done . Office staff is AMAZING . | Went in for cleaning and x-rays. The hygienist has done this to me other times. Each time she’s been sweet, professional, thorough. Can’t ask for anything more! Actually the whole practice is the same way. All in all, they make me feel that they care about me as a patient. I travel abt 1 hour to see them even tho there’s a couple of dentists within 4 blocks of my home. That should tell how I feel about them. (My next cleaning is already scheduled!) Glenn |

Dr. Ares is amazing at carefully and thoughtfully explaining what she plans to do and walks you step by step through the process. | After a bad experience at another dental office, a relative referred me to this office. My interactions with the staff here have been fantastic from the start. Beatriz was so friendly and helpful on the phone as she helped me figure out if my insurance would cover me for another exam so soon after my previous one. On the day of my appointment I met two other incredibly nice staff members (I'm sorry, I didn't catch their names!). The hygienist I saw was quite friendly as well and then I met Dr. Arraval who completely put me at ease. She was kind and professional. | Always a good experience. The reminders leading up to the appointment are a huge help. Really helps me plan and remember to be there. Office staff is always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. | I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office then I do at Dr Luciana. I haven't a major fear of receiving dental work but in her office i feel like everything is going to be alright! She really goes the extra mile to make sure all your needs are taken care of, and that all procedures are done properly. Dr Luciana is truly one of a kind! | Eu estava a trabalho em NY e tive que contatar um dentista por causa de um dente que quebrou e creio que eu nao poderia ter feito melhor escolha... Dra Luciana Ares está de parabéns, atendimento de primeira tanto da parte dela qt da parte das assistentes que trabalham com ela. Equipamento realmente de primeiro mundo... Para quem nao tem planos de saude, o que é o meu caso (Obama Don't Care) , o valor do tratamento dos dentes é acessivel... Cheguei com o dente quebrado e saí com um dente novo. Passou o efeito da anestesia e nem parecia que horas antes eu havia feito esse tratamento... Só tenho a agradecer a Dra Luciana e a recepcionista que conseguiu agendar minha consulta logo para o dia seguinte... | This a very professional practice with caring and honest providers. I went to see Dr. Rupnarain for a 2nd opinion regarding a problem that I had been told would require surgery and thousands of dollars. Dr Rupnarain explained what he saw and why he felt it was best to leave things alone. He was very kind and Honest. I felt that he really cared about what was best for me in the long run. Given his background of 30 years experience and teaching , I felt confident in his evaluation.
