I’ve been to other dental offices in the area, but none have offered the same high-quality service. They took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan, the costs involved, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Plum Creek Dentistry to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. A great bonus is that they have a Spanish-speaking representative at the reception, which was very helpful. | Meagan cleaned my teeth. She is so thorough. We talked about a lot of dental products: electric and manual toothbrushes, Cocoa brand floss, benefits of various toothpaste products. I feel fortunate to have a top-notch dental practice to go to. Dr. Bruce Hanson has been my dentist since he began his practice in Lexington. Now, Dr. Casey Sexton is my dentist. I feel I am well covered for any dental issues I may have with Hygienists Jenna and Meagan and the wonderful Dr. Hanson, DDS and Dr. Sexton, DDS. PJ K |

| I visited the dental office of Casey Sexton, DDS January 27, 2025. I was pleasantly told "hello" when I walked in the door, and from there I felt very comfortable with my entire visit.
