I called Chillicothe Family Dentist right away .Codi was so nice to talk to she was kind and understanding she got me right in .They had a step by step process of all what needed to be done to my teeth to achieve the pretty smile I really liked that they no what there doing … Dr Mike and his staff are amazing they answer all your questions make you feel at home and are comforting !!! | The team always makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. My son loves the little kid section in the waiting room. Kayley is always extremely friendly and gentle. She explains everything she is doing which really helps my sons little 4 year old mind know what's going to happen next. | I was traveling with my RV and visiting family in the area, I broke a tooth and needed to be seen, asked around about who was a good dentist in the area and was recommended to Chillicothe Family Dentistry. I called as treated like I was a regular patient, they assured me they could assist me, was able to get in when I arrived in town. The staff from the front desk to dental assistant to x-ray and checkout where amazing. When he pulled my back tooth with the long roots he was very careful and compassionate about how you were feeling yet pulled it out so quick that I didnt even hear a pop when it came out or know he had pulled it out till he told me. | I didn’t like the flush to clean as I felt I was drowning at times but less scraping. My husband doesn’t like it as it feels like it is cutting his gums. There were too many scheduled at 9 a.m. as we had to wait too long. Dr doesn’t do much at all once he comes to the room and I would not be able to identify him in a lineup as I didn’t even see his face. Hope the cleaners are getting well paid as they do all the work. | I have my teeth cleaned there every six months because of gum and bone deterioration and quick build-up. I generally have tender places that are touchy. But yesterday on 6/16 I must say that the technician was extremely rough. I had to have her stop several times because of the pain and once because the heated tool was burning my lip. | I'm usually satisfied when I have an appointment here, but this visit was different. I actually had pain this time when my teeth were being cleaned.The pick actually poked into my gums a couple of times. OUCH! The waiting time was unbearable lying in the hard chair for 45 minutes.With two back surgeries I can not lay flat on any hard surfaces for that length of a time.I was ready to just leave when Dr.Mike finally came into the room. Apparently as long as you’ve been seen by the doctor once a year you’re okay to just have your cleaning without a doctor present. . I’m sure I’m still charged the same and I want my checkup to be fully reviewed and cleared for myself and my children.
