| First time with Dr Carmichael for dental work --crown and root canal. I'm still in process but so far she has made it a good experience. I like that the endodonist will travel to her office. As a retiree without dental insurance the cost was hardest part. In the past I have paid larger bills over a period of months. Dental cleaning was done with water technique. A good experience. | After being a patient with Dr. Codington for years, I was worried when he retired and Dr. Carmichael took over his practice. Needless to say I was extremely nervous for my first cleaning appointment. What a pleasant surprise. Dr. Carmichael came into the room, introduced herself and did an extensive exam. A few weeks later on a Friday night, I developed a tooth ache and called the office phone number. The message gave another number to call. To my surprise Dr. Carmichael answered the phone. She immediately met me in the office, took care of the tooth and told me to call anytime if I ever developed another problem. I can't recommend Dr Carmichael enough not only for her professionalism but more importantly her concern and attention to her patients. Karen W |

| The usual quality service. Enjoyed the new dental hygienist assigned. I appreciate the text message reminders - I'm the kind who needs it. Since there is a charge for failing to reschedule at 48 hours it would seem to everyone's interest to have a reminder sent at 72 hours. That would give you more time to usefully book as well. Just a thought. Having at 24 hrs leaves little time to rebook to keep the schedules maximized - and of course is too late to avoid penalties that have increased recently. Jim H |

| Tina was easy to work with, and did a great job. I called later that day to tell her about our favorite B&B in the Dordogne region of France. I'm not sure she got the message because I didn't hear back from anyone. The B&B is Ferme de Tayac. in the town of Les Eyzies de Tayac. Their website has information about the sights in that area. | Heather cleaned my teeth. Yay! I enjoy talking to her and she does a superb job on my teeth!! I also enjoy the country music that plays in the background. Country is definitely one of my favorites. On the other hand, I'd probably never return (or run screaming from the office) if rap music were playing, since it is the only music that I don't like. :-) Patti M |
