| Lonnie has Parkinson’s disease and is a high Rick for falls. I was allowed back in the examining room to transfer Lonnie into the dentists chair. The staff was so helpful and helped me get Lon safely into and out of the chair. Dr Rust explained Lonnies needed dental work in easy to understand laymen’s terms. | I’ll start off with “I hate going to the dentist,” so I haven’t been to one in a long time! In the past 5 years I’d had a lot of surgeries, and on a lot of different medications. I ended up cracking a tooth and needed someone asap! I called around and they could get me in the soonest, so I tried them. | Everyone at the Mill City Dental Center is more than just nice and friendly; they make me feel like I am a part of their own families. Since I am uncomfortable with machinery near my head, the hygienist always cleans my teeth by hand. The secretary makes sure that I am comfortable; she really did want me to have a wonderful Thanksgiving, not just small talk. Dr. Rust goes way out of his way to compensate for my uneasiness with any machinery that he must use to keep my teeth healthy. Later that night got dry socket...called the clinic at 10pm and was seen right away!! True dedication right there!!
