| Since 2017 when wife and I moved to Ukiah we've happily used the Family Dentistry...now 94 I again felt warmly welcomed by all and was soon introduced to the hygienist who then gave my teeth the best cleaning I've ever experienced and after the usual visit from Dr. Tom my teeth are still grinning happily...thank you, all! and suggesting you simplify "Can you please take just a minute to provide us..." perhaps to "We'd welcome your feedback for it would help us be the best that we can be!" From Olivia, Jasmine, and Willy greeting you with warm smiles and professionalism, making you feel part of the family as you walk through the door. Dr. Matt is so awesome. He gives you a warm welcome also. He explains a procedure in detail. More importantly he addresses your concerns, and makes your dental procedure as seamless as possible. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but everyone from the front desk, to my amazing hygienist, Courtney and Dr. Matt always do a great job and make it as painless as possible. I must say that Courtney has been hygentist for many years and has always done such a good and thorough job. | I appreciate Nichole telling me about her experience with a sinus lift. I admit that I am afraid of getting a sinus lift because of the massive sinus surgery I had after the hot chestnut popped in my mouth. It has been years of recovery from that traumatic experience. I didn't feel so alone on many levels. It was really good to be able to listen to what Nichole went through and apply that to my own ideas. It really helped me place my fears, which helps me face my fear. I also appreciate the genuine kindness and efficiency of the staff. You're the best! BB G |

| After moving to the Mendocino coast, I tried several local dentists and decided it was worth it to drive over the hill to get excellent dental care from Ukiah Family Dentistry. They're great! They care a lot about their patients and do the finest job cleaning and caring for my teeth. They have very comfortable dental chairs, warm water rinse (a treat I've never had before!), and the latest equipment, but their prices are comparable to other dentists I've been to before. Cheryl |

| We travel from Kelseyville to Ukiah because Ukiah Family Dentistry is the best. The staff are professional and efficient. My husband and I had appointments an hour apart with Dr. Jeffers. My husband was called in right on time and taken care of, then I was called in a little early and my procedure was completed with Dr. Jeffers and the assistant advising what was happening, questioning how I felt, and being so kind and professional. | I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jeffreys and the rest of the staff and their professionalism and awesomeness. The office is bright and cheery, the front office ladies are amazing and beautiful, not to mention efficient and hard-working to get all the benefits that are due to you from your insurance company. They have state of the art equipment and I come away with sparkling clean teeth after a cleaning and this last visit with a new crown. First ever crown and it went smoothly and boy does my mouth feel a lot better having a crown instead of a jagged broken tooth. Thank you Dr. Jeffreys! Gail C |

| Everyone at Ukiah Family Dentistry is so kind and welcoming, they truly operate like one big family and as a patient you are no exception to joining that family! I’ve always been nervous at the Dentist’s office but I can confidently say I trust everyone at UFD to take the best care of me and make me feel at ease. I think it’s cool that they have the same person clean your teeth each time, if they can, because it allows for a relationship with the hygienist and I’m sure it allows them to keep a better eye on their patients. | As always, my family and I always look forward to our dentist visits at Ukiah Family Dentistry. From the time we walk through the door and throughout the whole patient experience we are treated like important guests. The staff make me feel like I'm apart of my care by explaining everything to me and guide me through decision making. My 3 and 1 year old both have come in for their first time visits which is all about FUN! They get to meet the staff, sit in the chair for a little ride up and down, show off their teeth and then pick out a tooth brush and toy. There is no anxiety or frustration. Pamela M |
