| This was my first time visiting the office and I can say I was quite impressed. Dr Mike was great, he explained any and all concerns to me regarding my son’s teeth and I felt confident with any treatment plan he gave us. He was so great with my son during his procedure too which I appreciated. After visiting a couple pediatric dentist in the past I can say Dr Mike has been the best and would definitely recommend his office to any family looking for a dentist. | Lancaster County Pediatric Dentistry and it's staff continue to empress me with their exemplary service. The building is located in a quiet community with plenty of parking, not far from public transportation. The entire office is clean and there is a play area for children. I am greeted with warm smiles from the two knowledgeable staff members behind the front desk. The process and paperwork was easy and smooth. Each staff member we encounter gently explains each step of the service as it is completed. Dr. Michael is a seasoned pleasure to work with and makes sure he carefully examines each child. My children received quick and friendly quality care. Mr. And Mrs. Lemper have created a family oriented environment that my family and I trust with all our dental needs and look forward to encountering for many years to come. Mom of 4 |
| The receptionist was so kind on the phone and so sweet in person! The tech was able to ease my son's mind and was able get a perfect picture of my son's teeth. Then the dr came and my son has severe gag reflex but he was able to distract my son and got to see all he needed to and you can tell he is great with kids!! 10/10 reccomend!! Amanda P |

| Dr. Mike was very kind, saw that my two year old needed a few crowns and was able to do 3 of the 5 needed in less than 30 minutes at his first appointment at Dr. Mike's office. He was quick and efficient. My son had no pain after the procedure and was eating normally by dinner. Highly recommend. Front office staff was nice and there was no wait. Anonymous |
| This was our first visit to Dr. Mike's office and I cannot stress enough with how impressed we were with the team, but also so very happy and relieved to have them recommended by our insurance. My daughter has a chronic heart defect and it was music to my ears that he read a journal article prior to talking to me about her CHD as he never heard of her condition due to the rarity of having it. That alone impressed me and made me feel relieved, supported, and happy. THANK YOU, Dr. Mike! You don't know how touched we were that you did this when you didn't need to. Wendia (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) was a gem and was SO nice to my daughter, talking and showing her step-by-step of what was going to happen next and allowed her to take a break, shift her sitting position, and talked to her about things/entertained her questions and thoughts. | I was pleased with my daughter's first appointment this week. The dentist was very nice and professional, and he actually did her cleaning. My daughter also needed a tooth pulled and he did that right then and there, so we didn't have to come back another time which I appreciated. | I’ve never had a problem taking my son to the dentist. He’s four. But for some reason they never bothered him. But obviously when it came to fixing cavities… That was a whole new game. I can’t speak highly enough of this facility and their staff. When we got there we fell into an unsuspected insurance debacle And they were very patient and very kind about it all. Once all that was sorted out, they took my son back to fix his teeth. They did a remarkable job. After seeing how my son reacted when they tried to do this the old-fashioned way at his other dentist, I had been a basket case all week about this appointment . After we left, my son was sitting in the car and got upset because he wanted to go back to have “the nice doctor give him more pretty shiny teeth.” We live over an hour away. | All of the staff at Lancaster Pediatric Dentistry were so kind and considerate. They truly care about their patients, way beyond oral health but financially and emotionally. My daughter was taken care of amazingly. They treated her with love and care as if it were their own child. | Staff and doctor were extremely friendly! Office environment is very fun and kid friendly. Very respectful of my wishes (we prefer to avoid fluoride and limit x-rays). At first I was a little surprised the doctor dressed so casually, but (considering it is a pediatric dentist), the kids prefer that! The only improvement I can think of is that their routine cleaning was extremely fast. Some parents might prefer this so I'm sure it is just a personal preference. But I would have liked the cleaning to be a little more thorough. It was nice though to not have to wait, and to get in and out so quickly. Anonymous |
