He's been in the buiz well over 30 yrs..He has a special way to do extractions..All I felt for the most part was pressure rather than pain!! He knew that I was getting extensive dental work ..was getting anxious as I'd had a prior bad dental experience with another dentist so he not only gave me a local in my mouth but also gas..his bed side manner is impeccable! He's a pro..after my extensive work..he called to follow up and even walked me to my car..if your getting extensive dental work..he's the BEST to get you thru a plan!! | I was stressed out after breaking a tooth off last weekend, but when I got to Jay Jorgenson' office buth Jay and his staff made me feel comfortable reducing my stress level. Jay pulled the tooth with no pain. He prescribed a pain med which I took in the afternoon and today no pain and healing well. I cannot say enough good about Jay and his caring staff. | I lost my front tooth, and my dentist is back home and n the Midwest. I was referred to Dr. Jorgensen and he and his wonderful staff were able to work me into their busy schedule the next day. | Highly recommend Dr. Jorgensen and his staff. I am a Canadian snowbird in his 70's who encountered a rather serious problem with my implants. I called a dentist office from an online ad, explained my situation and was fortunately referred by them to Dr. Jay Jorgensen. Upon meeting him I was comforted by his chairside manner as he assessed my situation and prescribed a procedure to resolve my problem, which he did thank goodness, and much to my surprise far below my anticipated cost: there was no up sell. Dr. Jorgensen is a highly skilled adept caring dentist who epitomizes the Hippocratic Oath. I would recommend him to anyone. Ron B |

| Above and Beyond Care! I suffered a nasty fall on a Friday night resulting in severe chipping of 3 of my front teeth. I called Dr, Jorgensen's office right when they opened on Monday morning and Sally was able to get me in within 3 hours for an appt. Not only did the doctor offer me a wide range of options that would work with my budget, ( not having insurance ) he also stayed late and spent over 5 hours making sure I left with a smile more beautiful then before the accident. He also made me feel not so hopeless and had a great "bedside" manner. I would highly recommend this entire staff. Diana |

| As a new resident to the Palm Springs area, I searched reviews over a couple of weeks before finding Dr. Jorgenson’s office. I must tell you the interaction with the front office staff was very pleasant and they were very efficient. Kindness goes a long way in my book. Everyone was very kind. My teeth cleaning was very thorough and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She had great communication and provided solid feedback as she took the necessary steps with a new patient. Last but not least, my interaction with Dr. Jorgenson was awesome. He’s humble and has a sweetness about him too. When I complimented him on his team… He immediately gave them all the credit. He stated “I have the best staff“. I appreciate the leadership at the top recognizing those that work alongside them. | I had an emergency root canal about 2 weeks from a specialist that took two weeks to complete and after completing it with a temporary filling on my crown the specialist said to see my dentist to determine the final treatment.. I made an appointment with Dr. Jorgensen who was able to fit me into his schedule and he said that we needed to replace the old crown. Since I used up all of my dental insurance for this year Dr. Jorgensen decided that he could put a temporary fix on my old crown that would get me through the end of this year when my insurance could help cover the new crown over the root canal. I really appreciated Dr. Jorgensen and his great staff to fit me in right away and work with me to reduce my dental costs. Phil |
