| Recently I had an unfortunate experience with another dentist that told me I needed treatment that would cost me $2,000.00 out of pocket. I decided to get a second opinion. I found Dr. Kevin Jeffers via yelp, his reviews are stellar. After seeing him, I understand why. He was 3 months out, but so worth the wait! The other dentist made me feel nervous and anxious about the condition of my teeth/gums. Dr. Jeffers was kind, explained everything, and confirmed the other dentist was not being completely honest. He is very professional, at the same time easy going. I was so relieved at his assessment. I spent months needlessly worrying. As I was waiting in his office a few ladies told me about their experience with this office as well, the quality of care and superior expertise in helping with an issue that a previous dentist could not address. | An old crown cracked in half late on a Friday so I called in for an appointment. They were able to see me on Monday and reassure me that there was no problems with the root of the tooth. We made an appointment to fix the broken crown and the filling next to it. It will be a couple of months before they can get me in, but they said they will call me if something opens up before that. They did a good job of explaining what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. And they went over my insurance benefits, and the costs with me. All of the dentists they seem very nice and also knowledgeable. Kelly W |

| I have very sensitive gums and until I started having my teeth cleaned by Fong I always had cuts and scrapes which turned into sores afterwards. Fong gets my teeth scraped , polished. And sparkling without the slightest abrasion to my gum tissue. She lets me know which area I’m missing with my toothbrush and gives me all the latest information about dental hygiene such as the importance of waiting 30 minutes after eating to brush my teeth. Dr. Matthew Jeffers did the post-cleaning, which QA review in a thorough, confident way. On a previous visit, Dr. Tom Matthews molded and manufactured ON PREMISES a new crown in less than 90 minutes(!) using computer imaging & 3-D technology out of Sci-Fi. This is a whole new world. I had been referred to the office by a friend Yvonne who works there and I am so happy she told me about the office everyone who I met was very friendly and helpful. | I'm definitely one of those people that hated going to the dentist. I can truly say that since I started going to Jeffers Family Dentistry, that has changed. They are so thoughtful and sensitive to my anxiety around dentists. They have helped me get my dental work up to date, my teeth no longer hurt and I am informed that my gums are doing great now. My only criticism would be that they don't have any nitrous oxide available, other than that, I love them and I've never said that about any dentist. | I can’t imagine going to any other Dental family than Jeffer’s Family Dentistry! The entire staff is amazing! They’re all just as friendly as can be, professional, comforting, and the office is pristine. My dental hygienist is Andrea and I adore her! She has never hurt me and never makes me feel badly if I went a little longer than normal and have extra plaque build up. She just says, “Well let’s getcha cleaned up so you can get on with your day and you’ll have nice clean teeth while you’re doing it!” And Kevin Jeffer’s is my dentist. He’s the absolute best! I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist and he was incredible with me, as he completely identified with the way I was feeling and shared with me that he gets the same way. | I had an appointment for a dental cleaning yesterday, and it was the best cleaning I've received, literally, in decades. I was assigned to Phuong, who I met for the first time. She was so thorough and careful about getting every last piece of tartar off. In particular, there was an area between my bottom two front teeth that no one has ever thoroughly cleaned, and she nailed it. Secondly, I love the Jeffers Family associate, Dr. Tom Johnson. I saw him yesterday as well, and he found a crown that needs replacing, based on recent X-rays. His previous work on my teeth has been phenomenal. He also listens very carefully to my concerns, yesterday's being the anaesthetic that will be used at my next appointment. On my request, he had another employee quickly find the insert in the package so that I could read up on the ingredients and side effects. I'm very cautious about taking any pharmaceuticals after the last three years, and he took this very seriously, which was much appreci Karin S |

| My experience on my last visit was a very good one. I had a different hygienist than I normally due and was very pleased. I am sorry to say I can't remember her name but she was a very nice and most important gentle touch woman. I was dreading my appt. for I had to reschedule from December (illness) so I was overdue for the cleaning. However I was surprised that I did feel any additional discomfort. She listened to my requests before we started (sensitive) area's to cold water and did her best to lessen the discomfort. Quick X rays and reading by Dr. Robert revealed the issue, possibly including a wisdom tooth requiring extraction. | My experience with Pamela for a cleaning was great! She is very good about the procedure, and has a very positive personality. The new digital xrays don't require her leaving the room, which is a nice new technology!! I brought my electric toothbrush in and she showed me a better way of using it! | During COVID, motherhood has been tough. I had to bring my newborn and 3yo to my 2hr appointment last week. I fully prepared with activities for big sister and prepped baby for a nap, but you just never know how 2hrs will go. The office staff welcomed me, set up a desk for my 3yo to sit at, and rocked my baby back to sleep several times while I went back to get my exam and cleaning. I nearly cried with gratitude. | I love my dentist Dr Kevin Jeffers and his staff because they're gentle, skilled, and really care for the comforts of the patient. It's no wonder I've been with them for the past 10 years to take care of all my dental and oral needs. I recently had a cap put on one of my teeth and the process went smoothly. The Dr numbed my cheek and I hardly every felt the needle. I felt comfortable because the Dr kept telling me what he was doing, plus the staff member who was helping him always made sure that my mouth never once filled up with fluids. The best part was that the new cap was made right there on the premises and I didn't have to schedule a second visit. | I just had an amazing experience at Jeffers Family dentistry. I lost a front filling and it looked horrible. I called their office and they got me in very quickly and actually worked their schedule so my husband and I could be seen at the same time. We live a long way away and this is most helpful. Anyway, Dr. Jeffers had fit me in and took time to describe his treatment plan for my teeth which will include a number of crowns. I thought I would have to wait for my full appointment for the crowns to get my front tooth filled but he asked his tech Yvonne to do it right away. Yvonne is great! He takes great care with anxious patients, which I am one! I am comfortable being there, and that is not an easy task. Going to the dentist is not fun for me, but it is necessary. | Jeffers Family Dentistry is a great practice. Very professional, very friendly people, and I’m really happy I found them. My previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance and I was in a panic because I had some work that needed to be done, and Jeffers picked up right where he left off, and got me going again. And they do beautiful work as well. Ironically, my insurance will end soon because of retirement, but I plan to stay with them indefinitely. | As usual everything ran 0n time at Jeffers Family Dentistry. Pamela cleaned my teeth and did an excellent. She no t only cleaned my teeth, she explained ways to improve my teeth hygiene. I also learned that Glide is not the office's recommend floss as it glides over the teeth as the name implys. One should use a floss that has slightly rough edges, so it will do a better job of flossing around each tooth and down into the gums as needed. Waights |

Dr. Jeffers was professional and listened patiently to all of my concerns (Which were many, given that I was switching to a new dentist). He spent ample time with me and then, to my amazement (truly), at the end of my visit he spoke to every single one of my concerns - after hearing them only once earlier in the visit!I feel I can trust him/them with my dental care, and am writing this with a huge sigh of relief and gratitude. | I was about to send a thank you note to your office about my last visit, which was a cleaning done by Katie (?spelling). This was the most thorough cleaning that I've had since I was a little kid (I'm 65 now). I usually feel a tartar remnant on the back of one or more of my teeth, but had absolutely none this time. | I am a new client coming from an excellent dentist who has had to close her practice. I was impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. After having a complete set of X-rays and oral photos taken, my new dentist did a thorough examination and then carefully and completely went over the results and the pictures with me. Then I had my teeth cleaned by one of the hygienists. Although this is a family practice with multiple dentists it is not a dental clinic. The dentist I saw will be my dentist as long as I stay with the practice. I do not have dental insurance since, with my former dentist, insurance was not cost-effective. I really liked my old dentist, but had to find a new one because he wasn’t taking my insurance anymore, and I was very nervous about having to look again. No more worries for me though, Dr. Jeffers (one of the sons -I haven’t got the names down yet!), and all of the staff from front to back have been wonderful. | Everything about this office is great. From the moment I walked in I was met by a welcoming desk staff, having very comprehensive x-rays taken and then meeting my dentist. Dr. Kevin Jeffers was thorough and patient. He went over my x-rays and showed me pictures of my teeth describing everything he saw and asking if I had any questions. In the past, I've always been told by dentists "you have great teeth" and not much more. Not so, with Kevin. He told me everything looked great and still went through all my x-rays and pictures. | I have been with Kevin Jeffers for more than 10 years. He just recently put in a replacement crown. My how his technique has substantially improved. I have a serious problem when dental work needs to be done. Hard to get comfortable, etc. He did an outstanding job of replacing my broken crown. It started off slow (had to wait for area to get numb) and then before you know it, it was done. I do not know how I could have asked for a better process. Quick, efficient, painless. He told me there might be some discomfort after but there was none. I was amazed, and relieved. He did an excellent job. If they only had T.V.s or DVD's on the ceiling with a headset. That just might put them over the top. I would recommend him and Jennifer (his assistant?). Andrea is my oral hygienist for regular teeth cleaning. I think she is great as well. Bruce M |

| Suffering pain for two weeks, I was wondering if my back molar hurts or the tube to my ear. I trust Dr. Jeffers a lot, so I have him and Megan, the hygienist, looked at my teeth before I went to my general physician. They very carefully helped me rule out dental issue as a potential cause of my pain. This may sound like a small thing, but it is not. It warms my heart to have a dentist and a hygienist that actually look out for me and help me guard my health. Dr. Robert Jeffers' professional skills are wonderful. I hardly ever having any dental issues under his care, and there was one time I changed my insurance and had to go to a different dentist. | I moved to the area a year ago and several of my coworkers that have lived in the area for years recommended Jeffers Family Dentisty. In the past, I have hated going to the dentist. I didn’t trust them, I felt as if they would make up cavities or dental work just to make a buck. Jeffers family dentistry has fantastic customer service. I know they must always be busy, but each time I came in, they made me feel as though I was their only patient that day. They sat and got to know me and they recalled things about me that I told them months before! They take pride in their business and it shows! They also actively work on preventative care by teaching their patients correct oral hygiene practices! Not all dentists take the time to teach their patients; some just work on you, tell you to brush and floss then send you on your way. | Dr. Kevin Jeffers is the best dentist I've had in my entire life. He seriously considers anything I ask, answers me thoroughly, explains every procedure and option thoroughly, and respects my choices for myself and my family. He lets me know what to expect every step of the way through every procedure, and he is artistic & careful in his handling of the manual portions of his work. He uses modern equipment that allows him to actually show me what he is doing and why, and to do it well. His staff is equally as clear and on top of each of their jobs, as well, from scheduling and billing, to procedure preparation and teeth cleaning. I have had at least 6 appointments in the past five or six months and they have been willing to work with me to make sure I am comfortable with everything that is done. A friend from work raved about her dentist and referred him to me, so I took the chance. And I'm glad I did! | I visited Jeffers Family Dentistry recently as a new patient / new to Santa Rosa as well. My first part of the 2 session visit consisted of a consultation with Dr Kevin Jeffers and can honestly say I was very impressed. X-rays and photos of each tooth were taken. After an exam by Dr Jeffers, he reviewed my x-rays and reviewed photos of each tooth as he pointed out the positives as well as potential problems that I should be aware of. He was very approachable and feels informing pts of their dental health as well as present and future plans of care is essential. The second part of my visit was teeth cleaning. I was disappointed that the ultrasound cleaning was not available- they were having issues with adequate suction. All in all- I would recommend Jeffers Family Dentistry and did recommend them to my daughter who is looking for a new dentist. Pamela |

I have had fillings, teeth pulled, crowns and whatever else needed to be done. Speaking of crowns, the crowns are now made right in the office eliminating the need for temporary crowns and multiple visits. | I have been going to Dr. Robert Jeffers for the past thirty years. He is the best! He put in a permanent bridge in 1983 and it is still holding up great! | We had our very first visit 2 parents and 3 kids ages 9, 8, and 2 1/2. Best experience the front staff was great watching the kids while I went back first, they were gentle with all of us and knew what they were doing. They helped with the little one and were so gentle with him and and made his first dentist experience great by explain things in a fun way so he wasn't scared. My best experience was when I cracked a molar 2 days before leaving for a 3 week vacation to France, the land of glorious food. | I had been going to another dentist for years and thought that my teeth were doing just fine. I knew that I never flossed, but since no one ever called me on it I figured that I could get away with it. Well! Dr. Jeffers and his staff set me straight! :) The hygienist could tell immediately that I didn't floss, and informed me in a very kind, professional but firm manner that without flossing I would be unable to keep my pearly whites for very long. She explained that not flossing leads to gum disease, and apparently I was already exhibiting signs of it. YIKES!!! Dr. Jeffers reiterated these sentiments, and that's all I needed to hear.
