| I arrived early and was promptly greeted. I went to sit in the waiting room and before I could sit down was called back. Hygienist was efficient and thorough with the cleaning and xrays. | Going to the dentist can be a dreaded experience. Not for me! The office staff greets me with friendliness. A polite conversation as we walk back to the chair which is actually comfortable. There is even a tv to watch while they work for those of us who don’t need to keep our eyes closed. Dr. Dukes engenders a comfortable atmosphere and addresses all of my concerns. He is particularly vigilant in not allowing his patients to experience pain. I never feel like I am being hurried out for the next patient. If you’re looking for a dentist, he is worth your time. Not only in the dental area but in the personal care when they ask about family, etc. When I see them around town they call me by name and always speak. Dr. Dukes is professional enough to give out his personal cell phone after a lengthy dental procedure should he be needed after hours.
