| Being new to Kendallville and in need of some dental work. I was referred to Jansen Family Dentistry by my good neighbor. The morning of my appointment I was kindly welcomed at the front desk and shortly greeted by Jo. She was very attentive to her duties and quick to get to know me while creating a sense of friendly or even family atmosphere. Shortly after the first visit necessities were done Dr. Janaya sat down, looked over the X-rays, checked my teeth and gave a quick but thorough explanation of dental options. | My son had lip and tongue ties. The staff were incredible at ensuring I felt informed as a parent and confident to proceed with treatment. Plenty of time was given for explaining of procedure and time given for questions and comments. The atmosphere was relaxed and my son did very well, and is healing. It has been 3 days since the procedure and he is already nursing!! We are still working to improve suck quality... but he couldn't latch before. Such fast results! Chase |

| I am amazed by the amount of diagnostic equipment and skills from my first visit. We have had 30+ years of great care from a dentist we love and still consider a dear friend. Leaving was a tough decision after our move to Kendallville. It took almost 7 years to finally make the move. When Chris had a severe dental emergency in January and our dentist was not available, it was Dr. Doug who answered our request for the nearest emergency dental clinic with the words, "My office in 45 minutes!" Thank you for welcoming us and making us feel a little better about making the move. We look forward to a new beginning of great care with your team...as much as anyone looks forward to going to the dentist. ;-) Angie K |

| As a first time client under the care of Dentist Jim Jansen I felt very safe and secure with the dental professional Ms. Delores. She was friendly, intuitive and politely detailed in my personal dental history and present issue. Dr. Jim was intricate on sharing details of procedures, care of hygiene and informative on basics of my issues at hand. Together they were an exceptional team and made me feel at ease and had up-to-date dental education and experience. The staff was very kind in greeting me at my arrival, gave text message "gentle reminders" of the upcoming date and time. Plus, they were kind in giving me a cleaning on the same day, when a cancellation was placed. Ms. Mary Lou a dental hygienist was very kind, gentle in her care of cleaning and informative in her findings as she examined and scoured my teeth clean. Jansen Family Dentistry was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm glad I went with the recommendation! My hygienist, Jo, was phenomenal. Jo made me feel welcomed and we chatted the whole time. I filled out some necessary forms and was immediately taken back to a room---but was given a tour prior. I felt absolutely and totally relaxed. The doctor was very friendly and helpful as well as the assistant Sylvia. We are from Alaska and are looking for a dental facility to go to and I believe Jansen Dentistry is the one.
