| For doing something like going to the dentist it could not be better. Everyone makes you feel at ease. The dental assistant did a great job helping me stay comfortable while cleaning my teeth by using the suction often. I asked a question and he was knowledgeable with the answer. I don't get the flouride every time and they don't pressure me to get it. Then Dr. Jacobs came in and checked things out. The welcoming receptionist, the dental care workers, and the billing worker all make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible. | My son developed a brown stain on his teeth that concerned us. He gets his teeth cleaned every 6 months and we never had this happen before. I brought him in to see Dr. Jacobs and luckily it was removable. We scheduled a cleaning with Katie and she was amazing. She was asking questions to figure out why the stain occurred and with her questions she figured out what caused the staining. It was a rinse we were using. I am so thankful for her concern. | After avoiding the dentist for Many years, I took a shot with Jacobs. I had recently retired and moved to Escanaba. I wasn't here 3 days before I had dental issues (stemming from NOT going to the dentist). I looked on line and found Jacob's Smile Center. I was shaking when I entered the office but everyone I came into contact with treated me so wonderfully and eased my fears about everything that was going to happen. They never sugar-coated anything. I went to every appointment and followed their advise. One year later, I was bragging to friends about "My Dentist"! (Dr. Bosk) I never thought I would actually like going but soon realized that the more informed you are, the healthier you are. One of the best decisions I have ever made was picking up the phone that day and making my first appointment in (too) many years! | My first visit to Dr. Jacobs and was very impressed with the whole experience! The support staff members were very friendly and made the environment feel very positive. Dr. Jacobs was very knowledgable about sleep apnea, took as much time as needed, was down to earth with a great personality. | I am so thankful for my first experience with Dr. Jacobs. I have been afraid to go to the dentist for years and finally gathered the courage to make an appointment with him, which proved to be a wonderful and much needed experience. | I have been a patient at the Jacobs Smile Center for many years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The doctors and staff are exceptional. They always do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible. Everything is state of the art at this facility. | The people at this practice are the very best. I come from a family of dentists and when I moved away I was wondering what kind of care we would receive. | The staff at this practice is excellent! I went in for my initial assessment/ cleaning and it was definitely the most comprehensive and thorough dental exam I have ever received. They have all of the latest and greatest digital imaging equipment which means better quality images for the dentist to evaluate and 90% less radiation for the patient. Turns out I have one tooth which was crumbling due to an old filling and I will need a crown. Good news for me though is that a new higher quality crown just came onto the market a few months ago and Jacobs Smile Center is already using them! Jarred D |
