| I just went to Iris Dental for the first time. Jackie the receptionist went above and beyond for me. I have a medical issue, and I have to have precautions before any dental work I have done. | Very friendly staff. I was able to get the procedure I needed the same day I visited. Which was great because my tooth was in a lot of pain. Trust me brushing your teeth isn’t enough. Make sure to schedule regular cleanings and check ups. The location is tricky to GPS getting right off the freeway onto College Ave, but there’s plenty of free parking once you arrive. I guess that’s it. I like this place a lot. Definitely recommend it… Randolph B |

However, this last time the dental assistant was not friendly, very matter of fact..."open", "wider," which might be ok with some people. She was also rough during the cleaning, my kids complained about hurting their inner lips to the point of considering visiting other options since the cleaning is primarily with a dental assistant. | I needed an extraction and I really appreciate how the Dr. Tran recommended a full course of antibiotics before it was pulled to minimize my pain. I fully agree. When it was time to be pulled, he numbed the area thoroughly including distraction techniques, and the tooth was out painlessly with no unnecessary trauma to the area. A very different experience than I’ve had at other Dentical-accepting dentists. Well done. Thank you! Suzanne |
