| I was unhappy with my current dentist and their office team so I decided to find a new doctor. I read wonderful reviews and even spoke to current patients of Dr. Hines that raved about him and the office team. I had my first consultation with Dr. Hine 4/7/2021. I had the best experience I’ve ever received from a dental visit. It started with the initial phone call to get me on the schedule. The front desk staff was very professional and pleasant. I loved how they called me by my first name every time they spoke to me. The hygienist was so kind. She took the time to explain everything before doing it. Dr. Hine gave me an extremely thorough exam. I’ve never had an exam like that before. I felt very well cared for. He explained everything before the exam. He explained what his findings were and showed me my X-rays. I’m coming back for a cleaning and then another appointment to have a few cavities fixed. Both of my children started with Dr Hine and his staff when they were very young and are always eager to go to the dentist.
