| I have always been afraid of dentists. I have a very tender mouth and it seemed more tender after a recent hard fall. I have trusted this dentist because he is so gentle. However, after getting my teeth cleaned and having a fluoride treatment and finding out that I need two fillings, my teeth felt like paper. So I plan to have the teeth filled and do better at brushing and flossing so that my teeth won't go away. Catherine B |

| Oh My Gosh Fantastic does not even cut it. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life. My experience at Ina Dental was simply EXCELLENT! I broke a crown and was referred to Dr.Symonds. I called the office and they were able to fit me in the next day. The assistant and the front office staff were excellent each person introduced themselves and when I met Dr. Symonds he was very pleasant. I had NO PAIN!! The shot didn't even hurt. | My review is for my six-month teeth cleaning. Natalie was my dental hygienist and she is AWESOME. Natalie did my prior prior cleaning in December 2021. I have been experiencing mutiple sinus infections over the past 3 years and being on multiple antibiotics I have developed Thrush, which is very painful. Natalie is very gentle and considerate of this problem when doing my cleaning. Could not ask for a better professional hygienist. Lisa D |

| I recently had to have a crown put on a molar due to a broken one, and my six month check up. I appreciated that Bridget, the dental hygienist, kept me informed in how it was all going. Dr. Symonds and his crew are efficient, pleasant, and highly professional. The front office people are considerate of my calendar constraints and very helpful. I am old enough to remember why I hated dental checks and work for the first 30 years of my life, and to appreciate the changes in technology, methodology, and patient care over all so ably represented by Dr.Symonds and Ina Dentistry. In the future, I hope that the fluoride treatment will be covered by my dental insurance since it is important for both adults and children to do the fluoride treatments on a regular basis. She took his temperature and reminded him to use the hand sanitizer. My hygienist took my temperature. And encouraged me to use sanitizer. Due to child care issues I had to move this from April to May on short notice, and the staff graciously helped me do this. My appointment time was met, proceeded efficiently, and with great care for my "comfort." (As an older person with real memories of whining drills and spit bowls, can I truly be comfortable in a dental chair?" All the staff are personable and helpful, and Dr. Symonds has a light touch doing exams, and other needed procedures (based on prior work.) Dr. Symonds and his supportive staff are always willing to go above and beyond to see that I'm comfortable, happy, cared for and well informed. | All my experiences at Ina Dental are positive experiences!! The front desk staff are always cheerful and always make sure they greet me. I see Deidre for my cleanings and Deidre is wonderful. She is so sweet and has a great sense of humor, and always makes sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Symonds is a fantastic dentist.
