| It was my first visit and this dental clinic exceeded my expectations. The service was very personable, like your friendly neighborhood dental clinic. The examination was very comprehensive and my dentist explained very well without rushing. I also appreciate the thoughtful design of the examination room where the TVs are strategically placed where the patient can see X-rays and photos as they are taken and TV on the ceiling so you can watch show while seated horizontally. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the attention they give to their patients. I am so glad to find this dental place. Anonymous |

| I am from out of state and had a difficulty with a bridge. Susan got me in quickly and even reserved a spot in case I needed a follow up before I left. I was there for a long time and they were all very tolerant of the breaks I needed and kept encouraging me. I was having a slight difficulty when I left-they called and checked on me before they closed and told me how to reach them if I had trouble over the weekend. Since my son’s family lives here and I travel back and forth, I am making this office my permanent dentist. Anonymous |

I haven't ever found a dentist that I felt comfortable, calm, and unafraid to work with. When I came in, I had a relatively high level of anxiety and stress. To say that Dr. Chau and her team did an amazing job is an understatement. From working with Susan as a new patient to the maintenance, they made every step feel as pleasant as possible. I walked in with such a high level of stress and anxiety and walked out feeling really relaxed and happy about my visit. Dr. Chau does a very good job explaining your teeth health that is understandable, doesn't make you feel like you're a number, and shows that she cares about the comfort of her patients to make the entire visit as painless and pleasant as possible. | Haven’t been to the dentist in years due to fear and anxiety from past experiences. Sensitivity started to get to me so decided to find a close dentist. After looking at all the reviews and since it was only 5 mins from my house, I decided to give Hearthstone Dentistry. I had a great experience! Dr. Chau and the team were great! Very gentle and friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Not saying I’ll love going to the dentist, but I feel a little more comfortable Kenji P |

| Hearthstone Dentistry was for me the best experience I’ve ever had as a dental patient. Dentist & staff worked together smoothly as a team, all both professional & personable. Images of my teeth were projected for me to see while I was right there in the dental chair, & explanations flowed. For at-home care, I was sent (for purchase) a state-of-the-art electronic toothbrush with four interchangeable brush heads (each designed for a different purpose), & connection with my mobile phone for easy timing of my brushing. And, after a bit of practice, an included snazzy suction cup utility can hold a mobile phone to your bathroom mirror, right at the level you choose, to keep me on track with timing & thoroughness. | State-of-the-art equipment, overhead projecting of photos of all my teeth, clear explanations, calm manner, good teamwork between practitioners, glad to answer any questions I might have. Spotlessly clean office. Easy to locate. And after my checkup they also provided a carefully packed package that included a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, an electric toothbrush, and also some clear instructions for including in your dental regimen at home a device you already have and use frequently & never imagined could assist you in dental hygiene.
