Granted, I am typically there only twice a year, but I always look forward to my appointments! The office is clean, the staff is professional. I feel as if I’m visiting family. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and the staff in the back is professional and knowledgable. I observed during my recare appointment today that the other hygienist (who had down time) came into my hygienist’s room asking if she needed help with anything. | Hawley Lane Dental and Dr. Gretzula are great! Recently I had a guest dentist look at my teeth and she made a recommendation for something that Dr. Gretzula never mentioned I needed. I hadn't been in any pain or discomfort and I realize this dentist was doing her job, however when suggesting to patients they need a $600+ oral appliance, I'd much prefer Dr. Gretzula make that call rather than someone who is seeing my teeth for the first time. Overall my recent cleaning and visit were great, that just miffed me a bit. Also, I received 3 text messages, one voice mail and one email reminding me of my appointment... I appreciate the reminders but 5 is a little much. Perhaps asking clients their preferred method of receiving a reminder would help with excess notifications. Anonymous |

| yesterday was my first time going to the dentist in over two and a half years. when I reached the office the lovely receptionist so kind to me and she introduced who she was and she introduced who is going to be taken care of me as well as assisting the doctor. after I filled out all the required paperwork I went with the dental assistant Melissa and she took care of me while Dr G was with another client. we conversed and I enjoy talking to her. Gentle and kind is just the beginning at this practice. My boys (4 and 7) aren't afraid of going to the dentist any more either, because Megan and Dr. Kristy are so good to them. They make my boys very comfortable and answer all of the endless questions that little boys can produce. They even kept my rambunctious two occupied so I could get my teeth cleaned without worrying about what they were getting into. I especially like that they educate the patient by telling the patient about all the procedures they are doing during that visit and why. The people there are all pleasant professionals who make you feel safe and comfortable. Most importantly, they give you their opinions about what needs to be done, then listen to you when you tell them what you've decided to do. It has been over 3 years since my last cleaning and I was kind of scare to hear what damage might have occurred. Dr. Gretzula gave me a thorough exam and cleaning and found that I only needed touch up sealant on a tooth. | I developed a very bad jaw pain, when I decided to call the office. Accomodations were immediately made for me to come in and be examined to see what was going on. It tuens out that my teeth are misaligned, causing the muscles in my jaw to work harder than they should. We discussed options and came to the conclusion that I really needed to have corrective action taken. Though it will cost me a little bit it will be worth it in the long run.
