 Nice Dentistry Practice. Gave me ample notifications prior to my appointment. The staff was courteous, very professional, and had my insurance paperwork ready for me when I arrived. Dr. Ko was great. First time I have ever had a cleaning by my dentist. Found a cavity and fixed it on the spot taking time to make sure everything was in alignment, I was in and out within 45 minutes. Great job Harmony Dental!

 The best pain free dentist ever! Highly knowledgeable- goes over all questions in detail The only dentist that also does his patients teeth cleaning - More gentle than any hygienist I have ever been to. I have sent all my friends and family to him .

 I particularly appreciated the old school approach of the whole office ... of 3. Dr. Ko does everything himself, including the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had. There is no rush, a sense of control and pride in what each of the 3 staff members do.

 The office was able to get me in for an emergency appointment at the end of the day and the Dr Ko worked dilligently to try to save my molar which had split in two as a result of biting an olive from which the pit hadn't been fully removed. The results appear to be promising and hopefully I can avoid having to have he tooth removed to have an implant.

 I am new to the area and was looking for a good dentist. During an online search I found Dr. Ko at Harmony Dental, and saw that he had good reviews. When I called for an appointment, I left a message and they got back to me right away. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly and I just had my first visit. It was a routine cleaning and exam, including x-rays. The front desk staff was very friendly, and Dr. Ko was also very friendly, as well as professional and thorough.

 As a patient of Harmony Dental since about 2003, I can honestly report that they provide excellent dental care ... from the front desk to the doctor himself. They are always willing to accommodate urgent problems as well as provide normal dental care. One can be assured of honest and professional work with an organization such as this, and a dentist as competent as Dr. Richard Ko.

 I had just moved to the area and copped a tooth. They got me in in a very reasonable amount of time. The office person Elle was very warm and friendly, as was Dr. Ko. He repaired my tooth in about 20 minutes and it looks great. Highly recommended!

 I sincerely appreciate the quick response for an appointment During this covid shutdown of so many sites. With a very Uncomfortable tooth area and a 6 week wait to see my Regular DDS, Dr Ko of Harmony Dental group was able to See me and work w very little discomfort to eliminate the immediate Problem and begin to rebuild the area of concern, before it got worse and more painful.

 I love Harmony Dental! I moved to Palm Springs 20 years ago, and have been to 6 different dental offices. My experiences were not great and i dreaded just having my teeth cleaned. I found Harmony dental by chance when i had a terrible toothache. They are wonderful, caring, personable and take care to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend them!

 Extremely personable dentist and staff. On this first visit I got a thorough cleaning. And he successfully removed a prominent staying on one of my upper teeth that have been bothering me for decades! Right there that was also a small pit which she filled and I am extremely happy with his service in the outcome and his friendliness. I would choose Dr. Hall over any other dentist in Palm Springs in a minute.

X-ray’s were taken quickly and then within minutes Dr. Ko himself cleaned my teeth. He was very gracious and mentioned a few things that would need to be done sometime in the future. I QUIT USING MODERN DENTAL IN PALM SPRINGS WHEN THEY REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH UNLESS I AGREED TO A DEEP CLEANING THAT WOULD COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $ 500 PLUS.  Loved my experience and I never say this about going to a dentist! Just wanted a surface cleaning to my teeth and did not get a line of crap like other offices in this valley, do about "deep cleaning" which is not covered by my insurance. Staff was friendly and I will go back.

Lisa was kind and gentle in helping this lady locate the correct dentist office, this is the kind of response I would like my Mom to receive.  Staff Got me in on time. Very hellpful in showing my X-ray to me and explaining what I was seeing, Dr Ko was prompt. He explains what work could be done to alleviate my problem. He left it up to me to say yes or no. No pressure. I asked and was given a price that seemed very reasonable. I chose to proceed . As a well-practiced coward, I was very glad it was soon over. During the dental work, I always felt like I was in charge. I noticed that during the work, I began to feel that he was a man I could trust. I would urge anyone to consider Dr. Ko. His prices seem reasonable and his chair-side manner is reassuring.

 Harmony Dental has provided me with complete professional dental care for many years now. I am always satisfied with the care and treatment I receive there. Starting with Lisa's smile at the front desk, to Dr. Ko's experienced hands, Harmony Dental is responsible for the health of my teeth and gums. And, not to be forgotten, they always work me into their schedule quickly should something unforeseen occur. In my mind, it really pays to have a superior local dentist always available!

 I made an appointment with Dr Ko after my former dentist said that she couldn’t fit me in her schedule to replace my permanent bridge before a trip. Dr Ko said that there was more than enough time to replace my bridge and take care of a tooth attached to the bridge before I left. I was treated the way you would expect - friendly, professional, and with patience - I am more than pleased as I wait for my bridge. I will be making Dr Ko my permanent dentist and would recommend him.

 It's odd for me to say that I enjoyed my dental visit since it's not something I normally enjoy and I've been procrastinating it for some time. But, Dr. Ko and his staff, Lisa and Sadie, were very welcoming and friendly. The visit went wonderful, was fast, and I even had a small filling with no anesthesia (and absolutely no pain). I was in and out with them running completely right on time. I'm very happy to have found a dentist that I feel good to return to on the normal six month schedule.

 As a complete dental scaredycat, getting me to come in for my cleanings is like pulling teeth. But every time I do make it in, Dr. Ko gets me fixed up without all the freakout I anticipate. He and his staff are really great a putting me at ease, never scold me for my neglect, and really put me at ease. My long family history of bad teeth never deters him, and he will always suggest paths to better dental health that fit my comfort level and wallet, never the doom and gloom I anticipate.

 I really enjoyed my first visit to Harmony Dental Practice. The whole crew there is wonderful from Lisa to Sadie to Dr Ko. Dr. Ko made some minor touch ups on previous dental work I'd had done and then we set up a plan for some further minor dental work to be completed. I love that Dr. Ko does the cleanings himself. He did not hurt me once and he got my teeth nice and clean. Very happy and thankful. I would highly recommend this office.

 Just last night I was telling my spouse of 27 years how Dr. Ko is the BEST dentist I & or we have ever been to and comparing him to the few REALLY EXCELLENT dentists we have been to these past 27 years and saying how he really is better than ANY other dentist.  let me first say I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years . so I had a lot of preconceived notions on how my experience was going to be . I was also recently diagnosed with Meniere's disease . dental work can sometimes trigger an episode. I also gag very easily during xrays. all that being said this was my experience . the receptionist was very friendly , kind, polite and helpful . I didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes to be seen . the dental assistants work together to take my xrays which made it a breeze . I had to have a deep root cleaning and tartar removal . of course my teeth to be cleaned / polished . he was through and fast with no discomfort on my part . it was by far the best dental experience I've ever had in my life . I don't normally do reviews . but I had to take the time out to share my positive experience . if you're looking for a dentist . even if its been a while since you've gone . you will not regret going to Harmony dental . I enjoy just stopping in to say hi. Dr Ko is GREAT, he gets the job done without any pain. He also treats you like an old friend, a wonderful dentist. If I had to move out of the city I would drive in to continue with Dr Ko. I've recommended Dr Ko to many people and I know of many people who also go to him.

The DDS does your teeth cleaning which allows for direct contact with him as special sensitive areas are felt during your cleaning.

 On the first day of my California vacation I fell, split my lip, and broke two front teeth. I contacted Dr. Ko's office and one of his staff, Lisa, got me into the office for the first appointment. Dr. Ko examined me and did a great repair job. They are fine professionals who are kind and considerate. I truly appreciate both of them and would recommend Dr. Ko to anyone.

 I was impressed with the honest no-sale approach that Dr. Ko displayed upon my first visit to Harmony Dental. Rather than try to suggest further work, etc, he was honest in the report of his findings regarding my preliminary exam. This is important in this tough economy to find an honest dentist that reports his findings without trying to sell you on unnecessary root-canals, etc...just as a means to make $$. Kudos to Dr. Ko and his grup of great professionals...they are gentle as well. Thanks again!

 Dr. Ko tells you what you need (without the hard sell) but lets you navigate. His support staff are all amazing. I'm a dental fraidycat, but they've managed to get my complete trust to great results.

 As the initial first visit to a new dental facility can be an uncertain and/or uncomfortable experience, my first visit to Harmony Dental & Dr. Ko was just the opposite! The staff was very friendly, as was Dr. Ko, and he was very honest; avoiding the sometimes "sales" approach to creating more unnecessary dental work, etc...I appreciate his "tell it like it is" professionalism and honesty. I'm very happy with my selection in Palm Springs and will continue to be a satisfied client of Harmony Dental!
