| I have been coming to Dr. Granberry for the past 25 years. First, BEST customer service in town. I accidentally broke a tooth and he brought me in right away. He evaluated it and then scheduled me in the next day. He told me that he had two or possibly three choices. He would try to replace a 35 year old filling if he could. If this didn't work, he would have to either do a root canal or pull the tooth. The next day, he spent the first hour trying to do a filling but there was not enough tooth above the root so he had to do a root canal. Remember, he has a busy office. He had to switch between me and other clients who had appointments with him. In addition, he has a wonderful technician who could do some of the functions under his supervision. Over the past 25 years, I have also watched him improve his skills! Previously, he would send out for a crown but now has the ability to do it in house with new technology. In the past, it would come back and he would have to modify it to fit Long-time c |

I get lots of tartar and staining because of a medication I take and I could not believe the difference my teeth looked after her cleaning. I'm telling you it was like a "miracle". | Dr. Granberry's bedside manner is the best I have seen and he has earned my loyalty. He really cares about the patient and makes sure you are o.k. and happy before leaving. He told me to feel free to come in right away if I had any problems after we discussed a short-term problem I had had prior to my visit; you could tell he was concerned that I had experienced a problem that came and went and he took care to figure out why that might have happened. | I have been going to Dr Granberry since I moved to Houston which has been over 20 years. He is the best. I moved to Austin and could not find an honest dentist and the Dentists in Austin tried to convince me to have deep cleanings, crowns, etc…when I have beautiful healthy gums and teeth. The Austin dentists finally convinced me to replace some silver fillings but after I started to experience pain and they could not figure out what the problem was so they tried to convince me I may need a crown so I called Dr Granberry and scheduled an appointment to get a second opinion and he right away diagnosed the problem with some simple tools and replaced the filling that day which was painless. May God bless him. So now I travel from Austin to Houston for my dental service at Dr. Granberry. Anonymous |

| I’ve been seeing Dr. Grandberry now for at least 30 years now and I’ve never been to another dentist in the time and I won’t go anywhere else because he his by far the best dentist in Houston and has the best bedside manner and the most gentle . I am terrified of dentist and he can handle the most difficult and scared patients . He is top notch with a professional wonderful staff and I love the whole environment and always have . | Dr. Grandberry and staff were wonderful! My mother is 86 years old and wanted to have her teeth cleaned. I had an appointment for Monday, so I called to confirm and ask to bring her in to have her teeth cleaned. As a new patient, x-rays were taken and Dr. Grandberry discovered a crack in one of her teeth. He showed me and recommended it be pulled asap. My schedule did not permit me to bring her back for three weeks and Dr. Grandberry said he would be happy to stay and pull it on the spot. He was kind and understanding with my elderly mother and I really appreciate it. I want to also shout out to Kenya the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth. She did a great job. Recently, they had a cancellation and offered the time slot for me to have a filling replaced promptly. My appointment began on time, and Dr. Granberry communicated well throughout the procedure, so I always knew what to expect. I really like his conservative approach in that he only recommends a procedure if it is truly necessary. I am usually the one that asks him to fix something, whether for cosmetic reasons, to smooth a surface that is bothersome, etc. He does what is necessary to keep my teeth healthy and leaves the rest up to me. | I made a mistake after 20 plus years of being Dr Granberry for all my dental needs to see someone closer to home as I relocated last year way out of Houston. The new dentist was pleasant but was telling me I needed way more treatment than I expected. I immediately contact led Dr Granberry’s office for an appt. I saw him three days later with a totally different and cosnservative treatment plan as was always the case. | Dr. Granberry and his staff are the best! He listens and is patient. He answers all my questions calmly, in ways that I can understand. Importantly, he has a "if it ain't broke don't fix it" approach to dental health. I've been to many dentists who seem bent on extracting not only my teeth, but all my money. Dr. Granberry is not like that. I initially went to his practice because it was conveniently located with respect to my apartment. Now I live a 35 minute drive from his practice, but I am not getting a new dentist. That's how happy I am! Tony V |

| Being new to Houston, I reached out to friends to recommend a dentist. Two friends offered glowing recommendations for Dr Granberry and his excellent staff. I made an appointment and saw Dr Granberry yesterday. The staff and Dr Granberry were indeed exceptional! I had an issue with a tooth that Dr Granberry focused on and offered a workable solution. In addition, he applauded my oral health. The cleaning was thorough and the exam was complete. I don't carry dental insurance so they offered me a cash price that fits my budget. I am VERY happy that my friends guided me to Dr Granberry's clinic!! Laura E |

| No wait time, minimal paperwork that only took me 5 minutes to fill out, text reminder for the appointment time & the best cleaning I've ever experienced. Ask for Stephanie and you'll never go anywhere else afterwards. The doctor is so transparent and knowledgeable and the manager is fun and easy to talk to. You can even get a same day crown with no wait on labs to get a permanent. Alex |
