 With the pandemic of this killer COVID I was hesitant at first. I liked that you had to call when you get there for your appointment, because that meant they were only letting people in the office a person at a time before they let the next one in. They first greet you and tell you to sanitize your hands. They get your temperature.They led me to the room where they work on your mouth. Most importantly I was treated very kindly by all of the staff and by Dentist Flores. I genuinely had a very good experience. I would highly recommend Dentist Flores. 5 STARS from me!!

 I have been going to Flores Dental Care for a few years now after relocating to the valley. Office staff is great to work with for all scheduling and what other issues might come up. The hygienists do a very thorough job of cleaning and initial screening. Dr. Flores does a thorough exam and explanation of what she sees and is doing. Very conscientious and dedicated employees at Flores Dental Care. Would highly recommend!

 Dr Flores and her staff are trustworthy, approchable, and care about their patients. I have sent many new clients to her and they all come back to me with rave reviews. The office and equipment is state of the art and very clean. As soon as you show up for your scheduled time, her assistants are taking care of you in five to ten minutes.  I've been seeing S.Floes Dental for about 4 years.Unfortunally my husband passed away 1year ago and he was always there for me either for support or to hold my hand.And all the staff new about my fear of dentist.,but when I went back for my follow-up.the "girls" were very understanding,and patient,and caring for me and for that Im so grateful and thankfully.

 We had our 6 month cleaning 3-19-2018. We had a very good experience. All aspects of our appointments were very professional and courteous. Everything was explained in detail. We felt Marisol was very thorough with our cleaning. Dr Flores explained findings from x-rays. She also does a thorough check of our teeth, gums and a cancer screening. Office staff are always very courteous and helpful.

Dr. Flores is extensively detailed with explanations for all the exams and offers her time for questions. Dental hygienist work to the comfort of each patient needs especially young children. Highly recommend for biannual visits, teeth whitening, veneers, cavities and the a full range of other services she provides.

 I,like most people fear going to the dentist. But as soon as I sat down in the dental chair and they started working on me I could feel the fear slowly going away. The hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was very patient and caring.  Dr. Flores is a top notch dentist. Great with her patients of all ages, my whole family goes to her. It's hard to find a doctor that makes you feel comfortable, and takes the time to explain things. I know some people are terrified of going to the dentist, but I've had 2 teeth pulled, aside from filled cavities, and she made it painless. And all her staff is knowledgable and professional. Definitely recommend Dr. Flores.

 5 stars across the board!!!! I've been going to the same dentist for the past 6+years so you can imagine my hesitation trying a new DDS. Yet, my experience was a great one, everything from the wait time to talking to the dentist to getting my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist was a great experience. They sat me down and took the time to explain everything to me and let me know the necessary steps to take for my oral health. I've already scheduled my next appointment with them and don't think I will be needing to look elsewhere. I'm thankful I came across this place!

 Dr. Flores and her staff are customer and patient friendly. Dr. Flores exhibits the care and patience in treating both my wife and I. In my discussions with her, she stay up with current research on dental procedures and maintenance and spends the right amount of time in explaining the procedures and follow up. Her hygiene staff perform excellent work in a timely fashion. Dr. Flores front counter personnel are always courteous and prompt on billing issues but in a very professional manner. My wife and I found a dentist who really cares about their patients and the experience that we should have in maintaining our dental care.

 My daughter was very happy to be remembered even though it had been a good while since her last appointment. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, very professional. The morning of the appointment, I forgot to request a slip for my daughter's school and ended up coming back that afternoon to ask for one. I didn't know the office would be closed at that time but the girls at the desk were still there and they saw me and were very kind in helping me out with the school note. Overall, great service!

 Everyone is very friendly and professional. They are on time and Kayla does an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. Dr. Flores was able to refill a couple teeth and I was out of there in about an hour. Excellent dental and customer service!
