| Desperate for a new dentist when my last “new” dentist needed a second appointment as he unable to remove his own temporary crowns without causing me much pain, I called the office of a dental specialist I trusted, and was told that I would be “completely happy with Dr. Christine Lee”. I was fully reassured after a short conversation with Crystal, the Office Manager, who was so knowledgeable about my concerns and dentistry in general, that I asked if I was speaking to Dr. Lee! She laughed and mentioned her decades of experience in dental offices. Crystal got me scheduled quickly, and Dr. Lee examined, built up the crown posts, and ordered the crowns, in a subsequent (and soon) appointment. This extra step of building up the posts took time but insured a permanent, sturdy result. When the crowns arrived, Dr. Lee took the time to insure they fit properly by shaving them down perfectly before cementing them in—a step usually rushed through by my previous dentists, who then shave at the op Anonymous |

| I haven’t been to the dentist in years. Last one I went to was a bad experience and poorly executed in my dental care. Front desk Crystal is very welcoming and kind. Spoke with courtesy manner and explained to me clearly of my cost of my procedure. Dental assistant is super nice and friendly. She also took my xray. Painless and quick. I had xrays in the past from another clinic where my gums hurt, scraped and had to retake xrays. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and explained everything in details without a long list of explanation. Easy to understand and she made sure she did a thorough check. I am very happy. My concerns about my molars was not address from my previous dentist. But, Dr. Lee solved my problem when I clearly knew something was wrong with my teeth. Thank you so much Dr. Lee and staff. Also, I had mercury fillings and my previous dr said I can’t do any fillings and recommend me to do all crowns. Dr. Lee said I can do all four fillings and just two crowns. Love her Anita |

| Dr. Christine Lee and her team are fantastic my new patient consult and cleaning was exceptional. The office location is great and her office is pristine and welcoming. The dental staff are professional and easy to connect with. I'll preface this review by saying I'm not a fan of dentist and have had some pretty bad experiences at dentist so I tend to be apprehensive and delay going. Check-In The dental assistants were quick, efficient the check-in process was straight forward ( the forms were easy to fill out) and the x-rays were pretty fast. I appreciate that in addition to the initial x-rays and pictures, they also do a cancer screening Examination Dr Lee was very efficient, a great communicator, and I felt at ease in the chair during her examination and with her treatment plan. I also shared a few laughs, I appreciate she has a sense of humor and appears to enjoy her work. Teeth Cleaning My favorite part of the visit was the hygienist Sarah she is amazing. | I was very pleased with my first visit. The dental hygienist is awesome and very knowledgeable. She checked things on my gums that I hadn’t ever had done before. She used a new cleaning device that I hadn’t ever heard of before. I was with my original dentist for 40 years until he retired. The dentist Dr. Lee was very personable and knowledgeable as well. | I have been going to Family Smile Center for a few years now. My wife had gone there before me and and had a very good experience. I had not been to the dentist in 7 years because I had a terrible dentist as a child and developed a horrible fear of dentists. I met with Dr. Lee before my first visit and explained my problem, she took the time to assure me she would do everything she could to change my mind regarding dentists. Yesterday when I went to the dentist, the receptionist looked at me and said “Mr. Sarmento the first time you were her we had to drag you into the chair, and now you’re going in on your own”. Dr. Lee did exactly what she said she would do, If you have a fear of the dentist, you will be happy here. If not, think how happy you will be. “Best Dentist ever”. Craig S |
