| My mom had a set of dentures made by this practice, and the experience was terrible. Reading the other reviews it is very clear that dentures are consistently not made correctly here. As many others have said, they are consistently made too big. I equate my mom wearing them to her putting in Halloween vampire teeth. The dentist made my mom feel bullied when she tried to discuss the way they fit. He told her she wasn’t going to be happy no matter what he did to try to adjust them and she should just get her money back. Well, low and behold the office manager has her put them in for him, claims they fit fine (with all of his dental knowledge???) and says they won’t refund her insurance. | The staff are great! The receptionist worked with Mr to get a good date to come. The hygienist was great she explained what I need to use at home to get the best teeth ever. The dentist was the most inconsiderate person. He never told me his name and the only thing he said to me was "do you have any problems with your teeth and he asked if I had partials to wear. He was awful. gg |

| The office itself is neat and clean, the staff is super nice and understanding the nurse up front went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I were going to be taken care of properly. This is a very busy office, these people are working so hard to make sure they can satisfy everyone but even with that being said they treat you as if they've known you all your life and want to make you as happy and comfortable as possible as long as your there in a chair. I know not everyone could agree, but your also entitled to your own opinion and this is what I feel about Estill Springs Dentistry. You guys keep up the great work! Cassie K |

| The assistant didn't appear to know what she was doing. She rambled on with useless conversation and took Unnecessary X-Rays in my opinion. I went there for a root canal and a crown. They could only do the crown. I was not impressed with their ability. Anonymous |

| The lady that cleaned my child's teeth has hurt her and my other children everytime she works on them, she is rude and just plum hateful. I think Dr. Etter is a great person and I do like him but the staff is nothing like they use to be. It use to be fun for my kids to go now they hate it. | My family will not be back. I arrived for a squeezed in appointment because I had broken a tooth. I have sensitive while eating and drinking. I filled out my paperwork listing all my medical issues. I was grateful for the nice office staff as they worked me in. The Dental Assistant was nice. However, no one introduced themselves. I sat down and finally the dentist came in. Since he could found the part where my tooth had broken off or as he says chipped. It’s the same word to me I had to show him since he was so incompetent at his job. This tooth had previously given me trouble after my C-section and I had it filled from our former dentist in Murfreesboro. I told the dentist that and he was like well if it hurts you that much you need a root canal. And then basically a cap then he left. His tone was unprofessional, he is completely incompetent at his job. Also, when I asked for a filling he was like I would have to take more of the tooth off. The other dentist did not. | My son went in for a cleaning and she told me to have him there at 2:45 to do paperwork. The appt was at three, we arrived at 2:38 got the paperwork finished before 3:00 but they didnt call my son back until 3:45 ( he said the cleaning was good he had no pain). We did not leave until around 4:25 so the only complaint i have is the wait. It was only two other patients there so i was confused at how long we set there. Lashawnda S |

| I like the ability to make choices for my child and decide if it is right for her to have x-rays or not. The staff is nice and helpful and respectful of my choices for them most part. They do a nice job of cleaning my children's teeth and I will continue to bring them here. I would like to request temperature checks be allowed to be given on the wrist rather than the forehead. I am not a fan of anyone pointing an object like this at my child's head, or mine. Anonymous |
