| The staff are great! The receptionist worked with Mr to get a good date to come. The hygienist was great she explained what I need to use at home to get the best teeth ever. The dentist was the most inconsiderate person. He never told me his name and the only thing he said to me was "do you have any problems with your teeth and he asked if I had partials to wear. | The office itself is neat and clean, the staff is super nice and understanding the nurse up front went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I were going to be taken care of properly. This is a very busy office, these people are working so hard to make sure they can satisfy everyone but even with that being said they treat you as if they've known you all your life and want to make you as happy and comfortable as possible as long as your there in a chair. I know not everyone could agree, but your also entitled to your own opinion and this is what I feel about Estill Springs Dentistry. You guys keep up the great work! Cassie K |

| I like the ability to make choices for my child and decide if it is right for her to have x-rays or not. The staff is nice and helpful and respectful of my choices for them most part. They do a nice job of cleaning my children's teeth and I will continue to bring them here. I would like to request temperature checks be allowed to be given on the wrist rather than the forehead. I am not a fan of anyone pointing an object like this at my child's head, or mine. Anonymous |
