| This was my first time at Encino Smile Design and I was pleasantly surprised how well everything was organized there. Everyone was inviting and welcoming which made me feel relaxed, since I am always nervous when I go to dentist. And then there was Bahar Golbad she is the most gentle and caring person. I felt relaxed and comfortable during the cleaning process because she was telling me step by step what she was doing and it was very helpful. She made my teeth clean and smooth and I felt like a million dollars after. Highly recommend her because she is the best. Also I really like the fact that dr. The team at ESD is efficient and very kind. My appointment was a breeze, they were on time and explained all they did throughout the cleaning. | Very IMPRESSED , I have not been the most attentive to my teeth over the years , and was trying this practice as a NEW patient ( had been with prior dentist for long time and was looking to change closer to home). There is going to be some work to be done , but Dr. Kniter and entire staff made me feel most comfortable ):- STRONGLY recommend!!! Fred E |
