| When schedules are as tight as they are, no one has the patience to sit in a waiting room for their dental appointment. These appointments can be uncomfortable enough without entering it being irritated about a long wait. Edeen Family Dentistry is a fabulous group of caring, friendly healthcare professionals. Before I am able to sit in a chair in the waiting room my name is called to begin the appointment. Shannon and Dr. Edeen explain clearly what is about to happen and allow me to have input. When the appointment is complete Shannon escorts me to the door only to be met one more time by Dr. Edeen to wish me good luck and answer any final questions. Show me another dentist that does this! | Very pleased. Kristen does a great job and is always friendly, pleasant,positive attitude, Professional in her work and knows what she is doing. She always puts the patient first wanting too know if I am comfortable,if I have any questions and checks on my health prior to starting. Ann at the reception counter also does a great job. When you come in she is friendly, professional in her responsibilities with a positive attude and always a smile. Both make you feel welcome at Edeen Dentistry. Bruce J |

| I love the new office. It has a very home like feeling. The new massage chairs are AWESOME! I would recommend Dr. Edeen to anyone who asked where to go to the dentist. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the awesome work. Stacy S |
| Kristin is always very friendly! She is great especially when one or more of the kids are along, either for cleanings or just to observe. She talks nicely to them and is very patient with them. Dr. Edeen is also good with talking to the kids and explaining what is happening. He is always happy and cheerful, no matter what time of day we seem to be there. And Ann is so nice too!
