They moved things and were able to get it done right after my cleaning! I will leave you with one last thought, they file with my dental insurance company, so I don’t have to do it myself. | Was given an appointment with a hygienist other than one specifically requested. Was not informed of the change at time the appointment was scheduled. Unaware of this issue until the moment I was called from the waiting room. Very awkward situation at that point and very difficult to arrange to reschedule. Hygienist was both pleasant and capable but simply as a personal choice regarding technique and final results, the miscommunication during scheduling made a difference on that morning. Out-of-pocket costs for all dental care provided through your office certainly impacted that experience as well. anon |

| After being a patient for over 20 years, I can honestly say you have the best, most professional, compassionate, and friendly practice there is. Since my first visit, I was completely comfortable regardless of what the procedure was. Under your care, my teeth are great at 68 years old and the most we ever had to deal with was a few cavities, about 1 every 2-3 years. Just keep going the way you have been. Many people neglect their teeth because they are afraid of their dentist for whatever reason and end up with bad or no teeth. Not me! I really wish Robin could have an alternating work schedule as I have always gotten my teeth cleaned at 7:00 a.m. Now that I work in Lake Mary and Robin schedule starts at 8:00 a.m.,it is very hard for me to get a good time for my appoint without losing time from work. I feel this needs to be looked into. I have been coming to Dr. Thomas over 10 years I feel maybe something can be worked out even if it's for the one day I need my teeth cleaned. | Dr. Thomas and his staff are great! I put off having my wisdom teeth removed for 17 years as I feared the worst. Finally they started to bother me and I went to Dr. Thomas for the first time. At my consultation, I was told that my teeth were not impacted and after looking at my x-rays, Dr. Thomas told me that he could pull them and I wouldn't need to go to an Oral Surgeon. I had no idea what was involved! I was awake the whole time and was comfortable. What a relief to have them out! It has been a few years since and I have continued to go to Dr. Thomas for routine cleanings. Dr. Thomas and his staff really do love what they do and it shows Scott G |
