| I'm new to the Reno area and I needed a dentist to do an emergency evaluation of a painful molar that had become infected. Dr. Eissman was recommended by a retired dentist I recently met from the area and as soon as I called, he immediately took me in and performed an evaluation. He confirmed that the tooth was infected and needed to be extracted. He was also able to set up an immediate appointment for surgery with Dr. Muff at Reno Oral Surgery who was also outstanding. | I followed Dr. Postlewait from another practice - he and Pam (hygienist) are the best. One thing I really love about them is that I can trust their assessment and recommendations. They will never tell me I need something that I don't need just to push their numbers. Many times I've had a marginal issue and Doc has said I could easily wait and see, and he was always right. I run from chain dental practices whose core motivation is making money, and who often sell or tell patients they need unnecessary services. | Dr. Pane took me in at the last minute as I had an emergency and my dentist (at that time) had failed me. He not only fixed my problem but helped to get it done before a major trip we were taking. Not long after that I ended up with another emergency (which landed me in the ER) and Dr. Pane took time out of his personal life on Christmas Eve to come to the rescue again. I hope I don't ever have to go through that again but if I do Dr. Pane is the one I want as my dentist. Great office, great dentist! Lindi |

| When I called the office to make a much-needed appointment I was originally told that it would be a long time before I could get in. I was called the next day and was told that they could "fit me in" at 4:00 that afternoon. The dental work lasted less than an hour. | Thursday night I suddenly had extreme pain in a tooth and called Dr. Eissmann’s officethe next morning at 8 am. The office manager told me to come right in. Dr. E. examined my tooth, took x-rays and told me I needed a root canal. He did not want me to suffer over the holidays and made some calls. To my great happiness, he found a reputable dentist who did root canals , had Saturday hours, which was the next day, and made my appointment for 8:30 am. I have gone to Dr. E. for many years and know he is an excellent dentist, and he will be doing the crown for my root canal as he did the crowns for my 9 implants almost 15 years ago. He is always capable, yet calming. Which is an important combination when you are the one in the chair. His staff all work in this wonderful harmony as they complete every task. From the time you walk in the door and then exit, you feel cared for and that you are a priority. They also work very well with your insurance carrier, as well as finding ways to make much needed services not take as big of a bite out of your budget. | Dr. Pane took me in on an emergency basis. My regular dentist was closed ( at 3:00 in the afternoon) and as usual does't have a backup. I guess most people have dental problems Monday - Thursday , 8:00 - 3:00. I was so lucky that Dr. Pane's office took me in He knew what he was doing (he fixed what another dentist had done 25+ years go) and I walked out a happy camper. I will return to him as I asked him what happens when someone is needed after-hours. Both dentists , he and Dr. Eissmann carry their phones on them at all times, they try not to be out of town at the same time and are open 8-5, Mon-Friday. I'm changing dentists. This office cares. | From the minute you arrive, everyone at Dr. Eiissmann's office works to make your experience an easy and happy one. The receptionist greets you by name. The lobby is inviting and has new magazines to read. Most of my visits are for dental hygiene and I especially appreciate Cheryl. She pays attention to protecting herself and me by assuring everything is spotlessly clean. She washes her hands and uses gloves and a face shield. She coaches me on how to improve my flossing technique. She respects my time by staying on schedule. Dr. Eissmann does regular inspections of my mouth including gums and tongue to make sure the entire area is problem free. Susie is easily the best hygienist I've ever known. Dr. Eissmann, Susie, and the technical assistants all have a wonderful, gentle manner and work together as a great team. | You'd be hard pressed to find a better Dentist than Dr. Eissmann. He provides very thorough explanations regarding procedures and addressing your concerns. But what stands out is his front office staff and dental hygienist. They are all very friendly and polite. The office displays a general concern for their patients and they make you feel comfortable. | I have been a patient of Dr. Eissmann for ~ 20 years. In all that time I have found he and his staff to be extremely professional with all the services they have provided; including fillings, crowns, cleanings, etc. I would have to say that since we do not have dental insurance, the price of dental services have been on an upward trend that is making them increasing difficult to afford for the average person....
