| I have been under the care of Dr Fundo for several years now and even though I moved much further away over a year ago, I have happily traveled from West Babylon, Long Island to his Forest Hills, Queens location to get the exemplary treatment that he offers. Dr Fundo has helped me improve and maintain my oral health since I first came to his office. He has a lot of patience and does not talk over your head--he talks to you as he explains courses of action for your oral healthcare. In my first review, I stated that if, when I was younger, I had found a dentist with a gentle hand who was approachable and who took the time to explain the status of my mouth without making me feel that he was rushing through my appointment to get to the next patient, I would have never let my mouth get to the condition that it was in when I first came to Dr Fundo's office. Everyone is professional, extremely kind and accommodating to my entire family, and they have great work ethics. | I've seen a lot of dentists in my life and Dr Fundo is the only one I come back to and bring my kids at that. He explains why he's doing what he's doing, he cares about your dental health and he's great with kids. He takes his time with procedures which is why I recommend staggering them if you have multiple fillings. But worth it for the quality of care you receive. | Dr. Fundo is a professional! When the technician prepared the tray, everything was taken out of sealed plastic bags. Dr. Fundo listens to any concerns and spends whatever time is necessary to explain. He is interested in my dental health rather than just finding additional dental work to do. If a condition needs to be taken care of immediately he will; if it can be watched and postponed (like the shape of my bonding), he will opt for that. His staff is just as magnificent-Celia the dr Asst is a super nice sweet exc dental asst and is great at her job and a pleasure to,work with. Now - Aliza - she is the office manager, if you searched the globe twice you couldn't replace her - she is absolutely amazing professional so caring and will do anything she can to make every patient experience a great one. The kindest sweetest demeanor always and I mean ALWAYS. I have a rare med illness that cause me to have to cancel many apps last minute and this never even fazes her she just reschedules me 20x if need be , always with a smile. I've been going here for a year and a half now and the service is always better than my previous visit. Their communications are amazing. I opted for both texts and email so there's no way I can forget to schedule my appointments. Aliza is even kind enough to help you schedule via email if calling in is a hassle. Extremely convenient to public transportation and they are always so quick and efficient so you're in and out of there before you know it. Amazing customer service starts from the moment you call to schedule your appointment and never ceases to wow you! His staff is so kind and gentle! I usually dread going to the dentist because they poke and prod my mouth, especially during x-rays, but his technician was so gentle. I didn't even realize when she was finished with the x-rays! I've had glue from braces on my teeth for 10 years and previous dentists told me they didn't have the tools to remove it.
