I had an emergency and they got me in early morning the next day and set me up with getting an emergency root canal the same day! Moved here from Oregon 3 years ago and didn’t have a dentist and was still trying to make trips back to Oregon for my dentist needs. | My dental hygienist (I think her name was Jessie?) was very personable and professional. She was extremely thorough in her technique and also very knowledgeable. She explained many things to me, including the difference between tarter and plaque, and how fillings can have leakage, and why a filling might need a crown instead of being replaced. She was also flexible in her handling of my teeth. For example, the electronic descaler was painful on my sensitive teeth, so she did it by hand/tool instead. She simultaneously did an excellent job noting any painful areas for the dentist to see. Dr. Cicero was great too. I have awful teeth (parents didn’t enforce teeth brushing as kids) and feel self conscious about them too, but he was very nonjudgmental. I appreciate that he came up with a treatment plan that will be better in the long run to save two of my teeth. Anita is always fabulous. | April the hygienist is my new best friend. I’m 61 and have always had extremely sensitive teeth. I dreaded every six month cleaning. I told her about it and she put a topical numbing solution on my gums and…voila! No pain whatsoever. She’s the absolute best!! All of the staff are amazing and kind. Dr Ryan is great. He doesn’t push you into any procedure that isn’t absolutely essential. He gives suggestions as to what needs to be done at some time ie, crowns, but there is no pressure. As such, I was a little apprehensive since I didn’t have any history with him and because I was very happy with my previous dentist. Dr. Cicero has an excellent mannerism and a gentle hand.
