 I’ve been either Dr. Denny for 15 years. He and staff always provide great care. There are no frills I. Which I like. I know he is not trying to just make money off of unnecessary services. All of his staff are very kind and helpful.

I was not satisfied after the first C2 visits so I searched for a new dentist and found James W Denny. I must say my first visit and cleaning made me feel like I was at my old dentist if 21 years, prior to moving here.

 Tammy was wonderful helping with getting me set up with Dr. Denny and handling and explaining insurance claims. Tabitha was so nice about getting my teeth cleaned and explaining everything thing she was doing. Dr. Denny was very personal and took his time explaining my treatment plan.

Dr. Denny’s office is conveniently located with easy access and more than adequate parking. I think I received at least 3 reminder texts prior to the appointment and a thank you text afterwards! I enjoyed meeting Tammy at the front desk and Sheryl who did my Xrays followed soon after by Dr. Denny who poked around in my mouth a bit—just to get acquainted with my teeth! No problems with my chompers—I will be back in September to meet their hygienist to begin a regular cleaning program! Thanks for such a great first visit Dr Denny!!

 As a new patient to Dr. Denny (after not having seen a dentist in a few years due to moving and kids and life, y'know), I felt at ease for my entire visit. The front office staff was very warm and welcoming, they answered all of my questions and even provided an additional set of new patient paperwork so that I could have my husband fill his out before he goes. Dr. Denny was absolutely wonderful - he talked with me about what he saw, provided a lot of encouragement and good tips, and never once made me feel ashamed of embarrassed for getting behind on my cleanings. I will definitely be staying with his practice and look forward to going back.

The hygienist is sweet, thorough, and takes great care of me. She knows I have sensitive teeth so she has a numbing mouthwash ready for me. Tammy, the officer manager, is incredible, and his hygienist, Tabitha, is the best in the business. She is so gentle and has a very kind, calming presence.  The office is very pleasant, with a sweet little dog to greet folks at the check in desk and never a long wait to be seen. My hygienist Tabitha was very gentle and explained each step and procedure. I am claustrophobic and she gave me time and space for my comfort.

 Ran late to the appointment. They were kind and were able to squeeze both me and my daughter’s appointments in. My daughter has a fear of the dentist, but with Ms Tabitha she was completely calm and totally fine. They were able to work on her while I was across the hall being worked on as well. I had to have a root canal about a year ago and have always heard horror stories about how painful they are. I experienced NO pain throughout the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised.  I love the small, family-feel of this office. Their hygienist is super gentle (I’ve been with them so long, I’ve got through at least 4 hygienists and they have all been gentle!) After telling the hygienist I had some sensitive spots on my teeth, she marked my records so that I always have a numbing rinse before I get a cleaning! The office is small and quiet, clean and bright. The procedure rooms are clean, uncluttered and have lovely large windows to look out. Dr. Denny keeps bird feeders outside, so there are often birds to watch too. Dr. Denny is a no-nonsense dentist who doesn’t try to upsell products. He does great work and listens carefully to what you say. We’ve been patients with Dr. Denny for almost 14 years now, and that will continue!

 The moment I walked in I felt so comfortable.The staff was amazing and they worked as a team.for my procedure I was in and out within an hour .They listen to you and made me feel right at home this was my first time coming and the staff treated me with so kindness .I also had someone with me when I came to my appointment the person that came with me love the energy and the staff team work and quality service they made an appointment for a new customer for theirself.

 I was in for my six months checkup / cleaning that I needed to push out by a few weeks. They were very accommodating with the date change request. Once there, however, I did not see the regular dental hygienist (who is fantastic, by the way) that I usually do, but was checked and had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Denny himself. It was a great session and I appreciated having the doctor's attention just on me for an extended period of time. Nice job all around. I'll see them again in 6 months!

 My first visit was for an issue I was having and I was very nervous about it. I also mentioned on the new patient form that I have had bad experiences with other dentist in the past and have anxiety for all things dental. They asked about these situations and were understanding. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, which I felt as though they do for all their patients based on my observations. Thankfully, it was an easy fix to my issue. My experience and the professionalism and friendliness by all of the staff that I encountered was wonderful. I told my family I think we found our new dental practice. Thankful to Ansley for recommending them to me.

I have asked multiple times don't I need this like the others said. It is so nice to go to a dentist that is concerned about the patient. The hygentist and staff are wonderful, too.

 I had broken a tooth. Monday call to their office for first available appointment. Miss Tammy gave me a Noon appointment on Tuesday. Within 1 hour, I was called back with a "can you be here in 30 minutes, we had a cancellation?". I arrived in 20, & Miss Tammy was such a pleasant person to assist me. The staff took me in within minutes and prepped me for Dr. Denny. Staff was so cordial and accommodating. Dr. Denny came in and explained each step along the process. Everyone was caring, concerned for my comfort and just plain pleasant. Procedure and wallet was painless. Thank you to Dr. Denny and his staff. Best dentist I've ever seen.
