| It all started with my husband doing the foot work into looking for the Best denture dentist. When he read about Dr. Mcfadden the search was over. I continued to put it off, I think mostly because I had previously went Dentures & Dental which is where my nightmare began. They pulled all my teeth never informed me if I could have saved any all were pulled 8 were surgically extracted. The dentures turned out horrible so much so I never ever wore bottom teeth. So years go by with that, when my husband later made appt. for me with Dr. Mcfadden. From the moment we entered his office we were treated like family, even better. The twins are top notch. Very personal, caring,great personalities. | I chipped a crown over the holidays and it was stabbing my tongue.(This was an old crown, Not done by McFadden) I called them Monday morning and they were able to fit me in the same day to fix my tooth. Finally, I had an appointment to see Dr. McFadden, my Idol Doctor, for a free consultation of my teeth work. Doctor spent about 1 hour and a half to discuss thoroughly for me with an easy way to understand. He is very passionate to his work, and very kind hearted to his patients. | I saw Dr. McFadden yesterday. I have a broken tooth, a wisdom tooth that needs to come out, and I need a three unit implant supported bridge. We worked out a plan to get it all done in one appointment, except I’ll have to come back for the final restoration on the bridge. Sedation will be required and I’m glad that’s an option. I have great confidence and respect for Dr. McFadden, both personally and professionally. He is second to none. Steve |

From Barbara at the receptionist desk making me feel like family when I arrived, to Linda my AWESOME dental hygienist who ROCKS and is so knowledgeable, to Dr Dave himself and his chair side manner and skill, to Staci who runs the back office practice, and to the others unnamed, it was a well oiled machine and highly efficient. | I just had my first video consultation with Dr. McFadden for implants/implant bridges. He was beyond great. I had a very long list of questions which he patiently answered for over an hour! I think and hope this speaks to the kind of time, care, and skill he puts into his surgeries. | I’m currently undergoing a full mouth restoration with Dr. McFadden. Being in the younger patient pool (41) for this sort of procedure it was hugely important for me do have it done right. I have know Dr. McFadden for 15 years now, mostly from outside of the dental office, and it was a no brainer that I would come to him for advise. After a few years of trying to avoid a full mouth reconstruction, it was determined it was time to look at the options and what would work best for my individual case. Dr. McFadden was very upfront about benefits, drawbacks, and cost of each of the options provided. Each option was discussed in detail and any questions that I had were answered until everything was crystal clear. My oldest son had 2 fillings which he was so anxious about and was so relieved it was a good experience for him. My youngest had an impression for an upcoming procedure. He has a huge problem with gag reflex. They were extremely patient with him in order to get the impression. It definitely took much effort and time on their part. | I lost a crown that another dentist had placed several years ago. The tooth underneath had decayed probably due to the crown being of shoddy workmanship. There wasn’t much of the tooth left. It had broken off at or below the gum line. I needed an extraction and I knew it was going to be difficult. I would not have trusted anyone except Dr. McFadden to attempt it. It was worse than I thought. The tooth had a root canal many years ago and had lost the periodontal ligament surrounding it, causing the roots to adhere to the bone. Not only that but it had become brittle. Dr. McFadden spent what seemed like an hour working on it. He had to section it and pull it out a piece at a time. Thank you David for your dedication and perseverance. Steve |

He collaboratively proposed a solution to my complicated (to me) treatment plan, and scheduled it in the near future for my convenience. | I had a front tooth extraction that wasn’t healing properly and after 6 or so months I got referred to Dr. McFadden and have been thrilled with the progress and results so far. He was very straightforward and honest with me about what the risks were and how plans might change given X or given Y. We are just about through my process and I have been very impressed with how detailed and prepared the team has been. I can’t recommend Dr. McFadden enough, especially if you have a special case that could be too much for your primary dentist. He and his whole staff are such professionals. Sean |

| I never thought I would say such a thing of a dentist experience, but I'd rate 10 stars if I could. I had my initial visit with Dr. McFadden this week as a second opinion for implant procedures. From the time I was greeted at the door, to having my panoramic Xray done, to speaking with Dr. McFadden himself, the visit was reassuring, professional, and tailored to what I needed help with, instead of a one-size fits all approach that some dentists use to hurry patients out the door. I was in consultation for over an hour, which is not a bad thing! It means he answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns, and he did so with empathy and patience I've not seen in dentistry before. | For the last few months I have been avoiding contact with the outside. But after reading the precautions Dr. McFadden's staff has adopted, I felt relatively safe, at least for a cleaning... Staci came out to my auto, led me in, took my temperature, and then directed me to the lavatory for a wash up. Linda sat me in the chair, and initiated her professional cleaning. As soon as she was through, Dr. McFadden came in, looked at a couple of issues, and counseled me on my 80 year old teeth. It was over in an hour and I was directed out of the office, having made contact with only those three people. I was safer there than any other place I have visited since this virus started. My bite has opened up more on the right in the back & is now higher thsn it was when I left but this is a good thing as in order for the muscle spasm to release, I have to hit on my teeth. | I had sever and almost unbearable pain with a bottom molar. I called the office and they got me in ASAP, under an emergency situation. My tooth had a rotten root canal and an abscess had developed. | I needed some emergency attention on a tooth! I was stunned someone called me back immediately and they had me come in! IN?? While the world was shutting down due to coronavirus?? I arrived and called them upon my arrival. They requested I wait in my car for a couple minutes while the last patient was walking out. When it was clear - I walked in and they immediately checked my temperature. They were STILL taking appointments but being very very cautious!! WHO does this? | This was my first experience with McFadden Dental and I am truly impressed!! I had a “dental emergency” and sent them an email from their web page asking for a consultation. To my astonishment, I received a call less than three minutes later even though their office was closed for the day. I explained my problem and was offered as appointment at 6:30am the next morning. Upon arrival, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I needed to have a front tooth removed and an implant put in its place. Dr. McFadden and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! He is the consummate professional and has surrounded himself with a staff of the same caliber. He explained the procedures and advised me of all the possible outcomes ... some were better than others but all were good. He began around 6:45am and I was ready to go by about 9:30am. | Went to Dr. McFadden for a second opinion for a frontal tooth implant as being without a front tooth for 6-8 months WAS NOT AN OPTION!! The alternative was a “flipper” which would have to removed to eat or an Essex Tray which was like a whitening tray with a front tooth it it! Again, NOT AN OPTION!! He came up with a 3rd and option I could live with . Pull the front tooth and put a three piece temporary bridge so I could continue to eat without removing them for dinner; then 6 months later a permanent partial for about $5000 less than the implant. | Met with Dr McFadden in Jan of 2018. As stated before I was very comfortable with the confidence he has especially when he said he could do implants where a competitor said they couldn't. The process started in Feb of 2018 with full upper implants. Everything he said would happen, happened and by Dec. we were done. It was nice to smile again. Then in March of 2019 we started with full lower implants. Again everything went perfect. In August we were done. I had forgotten what it was like to eat with a full set of teeth. Dr McFadden is a perfectionist and it shows when he is finished. All great professionals have to have backup and the Team that Dr McFadden has put together is just flat out awesome. | I was referred to the McFadden Dental Implant Center by my dentist who could not take care of my needs. (Broken tooth and a broken crown. These were working with an upper partial. I was given an appointment with in two days of talking to the Center. I arrived for my first appointment to a warm greeting at the office and was quickly taken back and my needs taken care of quickly. Dr. McFadden is one of a kind. He is a book of knowledge about what can be done immediately and how he can take care of my dental needs in the future. I am elderly and I am so glad I found the right dentist to take care of my needs in the future. I had a first rate experience with everyone I was in contact at the Center. | Dr. McFadden is so personable and warm and understanding and yet very professional and knowledgeable. He has 40 years of experience. All the other personnel from the receptionist to the financial manager to the dental technician who took my impressions were the same way. The office was clean and professional but it also had a warm feeling because of the people and the way that they all went above and beyond to try and help you. I had interviewed 7 other implant facilities prior to going to Dr. McFadden's office and with him being the only dentist/prosthodontist, I'm sure that he would provide much more of a personal touch throughout the process. Unfortunately, with him being the only dentist/prosthodontist, I was unable to afford his prices, although he did offer as much of a discount as he could. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to follow through with going there for my implants. If you can afford it I would say this is the place to go. Suzette C |
| My wife was a patient of Dr. McFadden before I was. Her case was challenging since she was very apprehensive about dentists and had bone loss issues. I did extensive research before choosing an implant dentist for her and found that Dr. McFadden's credentials far exceeded those of anyone else in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has extensive experience, the highest level of certification and was a faculty member at U.T. Southwestern Medical Center for a number of years (I knew from my previous experience at FDA that the U. T. Southwestern folks are the best in their field). He is also a perfectionist who insists on the very best results for each of his patients. He has chosen his staff carefully and each of them are as dedicated to patient care as he is. I immediately began to realize that I was not receiving the same level of care at my long time dentist (not even close)and am now also one of Dr. McFadden's patients. | I went to Dr. McFadden for an implant a few years ago after doing extensive research to find “an expert” in the field. Good implants are an expensive and time consuming affair and I wouldn’t trust just anyone. Dr. McFadden exceeded my expectations. He was very thorough and answered to all my crazy concerns. He even called me at home to check on me which was very impressive. Most doctors never take the time. I recently decided to try him out for my general dentistry needs and was further impressed. I don’t have particularly bad teeth and I’ve come to expect that most dentists will attempt to find something wrong in my mouth that needs very expensive work. Dr. McFadden pushed absolutely nothing on me but offered great suggestions about some simple cosmetic issues I had concerns with. No oversell! | Love, respect, admire, absolute trust are just a few of my feeling for Dr. Mc. I have known Dr. McFadden for many years and he has always had my back. Due to insurance, I had to go to another dentist for a set of dentures. That Dentist made me look ridiculous with horse teeth that were way too big for my face and mouth. Called Dr. Mc and he took me in and got me fitted with the proper teeth size, color and fit. You see other dental clinics and the people representing their work, but just remember when you go to those places you have to use just one set of teeth. They do not customize size, color or fit. The Staff for Dr. McFadden‘s office have been there for years. He does not have a lot of turnover in the staff. That shows you how good he is to work for and with. | I did some fairly extensive research before choosing an implant dentist for my wife and rated Dr. McFadden head and shoulders above anyone else in North Texas. He has the highest level of implant certification and has served on the faculty at U.T. Southwestern (their faculty members are typically the very best in their respective fields). His office is mid sized with a focus on patient care over higher patient volume. He is something of a perfectionist who will accept nothing less than the best possible outcome for every patient. He spends as much time as necessary at each phase of the process to insure that outcome. Dr. McFadden has also demonstrated a great deal of care and concern for his patients. He explains all aspects of the process completely and routinely calls his patients in the evening after a surgical procedure to insure their well being. Unlike so many of these guys with overinflated egos, Dr. Mcfadden will talk to you on his personal cell phone after hours if necessary to make sure you are feeling well and soliciting feeback on how he can improve his practice In my opinion, if you want to see what kind of doctor you are dealing with, offer some constructive criticsm about your experience in his or her office And see what kind of response you get The arrogant ones will serve up excuses and/or try to minimize your i concerns. | Several years ago as a result of a medical issue which caused extreme dry mouth, I began to suffer rapid tooth decay and the gradual loss of my teeth. This same dry mouth issue made the wearing of normal dentures an improbable solution for me. Dr. McFadden gave me various options that would fit within my budget, and our journey began. He met head-on one challenge after another to accommodate my specific and varied needs. Recently when breakage of the dentures became an ongoing problem (due to my very strong bite), Dr. McFadden designed a prosthetic device strong enough to remedy the issue. I am currently thrilled with my restored smile! Dr. McFadden is a perfectionist – which has proven to contribute to my happiness as his patient. His experience exceeds your average dentist and takes great care of each patient making them feel at ease when their in his dental chair. | I went in not knowing what to expect. I was very nervous of what I was going to say and be told. I found my nerves got quieted down by the friendliness and a most serene tone to the office. | Let's be honest, I hate dental visits. I have never ever felt comfortable with a dentist. That changed the other day. Dr. McFadden is friendly, confident and makes you so comfortable. | The staff was extremely professional and efficient with just the right amount of personal care. Loved the extent of touches to ensure patient's comfort during the exam and procedures like the fluffy blankets and music. Dr. McFayden was prompt, polite and very easy to talk with. | My appt was at the time they scheduled me for. Following a good cleaning by an experienced, polite assistant, I was offered a cup of coffee, which hit the spot on that raining afternoon. | First of all, I don't think anyone looks forward to going to a dentist's office. However, the staff was courteous & efficient and since the receptionist was off that afternoon, we were fortunate to have the office manager take charge. What a beautiful girl and helpful in so many ways. Dr. McFadden came highly recommended and we were pleased with his confidence, expertise and explanation of procedures. Was there a negative to this visit? YES!...the price!!! Wishing there were better prices for retirees on a fixed income. That would be absolutely wonderful & would leave a better 'taste in our mouths.' Don B. B |
