 We had our dental appointment yesterday for my children, and once again it was a wonderful experience. We have been coming here for about three years, and we have always been extremely happy. From the front desk staff to the assistants and the doctor, everyone is so kind, friendly, and professional. Both my children and I feel very comfortable here. They always take the time to explain each step to the kids before starting, which really helps them feel calm and not scared. I truly appreciate the care and patience they show.  Had a good cleaning and the staff took the time to smooth out a portion of a chipped section of crown. The staff made it 100% better. Only issue I had was with positioning. Due to a prior neck injury, it was tough for the staff to get me in position to accomplish the cleaning, so I had discomfort. The staff did all the could to make me comfortable! Efficient, gentle and thorough, she got me in and out with no fuss and no issues. I heartily recommend making her a full time hygienist and peer instructor for your other fine hygienists.

 I recently visited D&D Family Dentistry for some dental work, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I initially went in for a filling, a pulpotomy (a type of treatment often called a ‘pulmonary cap’ for saving teeth with deep decay), and a deep cleaning that included gum scaling and root planing. The team at D&D was incredible from start to finish. They made sure I understood each step of the process, thoroughly explaining my x-rays and the treatments. It was refreshing to be so well-informed, and I felt comfortable asking questions. During my appointment, I mentioned my daughter’s dental needs, and I was pleased to learn that D&D also offers pediatric dentistry. I’d previously taken her to Pine Dentistry, but the atmosphere there didn’t feel particularly friendly or welcoming. The team at D&D, on the other hand, made my daughter feel right at home. They spoke to her in a way she could understand, explaining the importance of dental hygiene without being overbearing, which r

 I am afraid of going to the dentist!! My right jaw slips out of place when I open my mouth for too far or too long… I LOVE these dentists and staff!! ❤️❤️! They welcome you, make you comfortable, very patient, and explain everything that they are doing or need to do. The hygienist is fabulous!! I am 75 so I only regret not getting all the instructions on oral care as a kid!!!!

 New to the area from out of State and had to find a new dentist. D & D was recommended as one to consider. First my wife went and she was very pleased with her results. Shortly thereafter, I went and was quite pleased as well. The staff was great! They were courteous and professional. They were thorough and explained everything in detail. If you’re considering a new dentist check out D & D I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

 I hate to go to the dentist!! But, I was fortunate enough to find D&D Dentistry and feel so much better about going now. They care about you and your comfort, explain all procedures to you. I wish I had gone to earlier because I now have a regime of tooth care that has really improved the health of my teeth and gums. I am 74 and did not think improving my dental care was even possible.  So impressed by the sincerity and kindness I received by Karen from the moment she answered the phone to schedule my appointment. Needless to say, I received the same thing from the time I walked in the door from everyone else to the time I left. Believe me it has been many years since I've been to a dentist, I didn't feel judged for the shape my teeth are in. The xrays and exam were done with care and compassion, which can be difficult to find, I suspect I will have the same experience upon my return to the office. Everything that needs to be done was clearly explained to me where I could understand, not all in terms I couldn't. A VERY RARE gem in a dentist office. Most people would say I'm crazy but I'm looking forward to going back to have my teeth done.

 I came in with my entire family - all 6 of us: my husband, 15yo, 7yo, 2yo and myself (the youngest is 5 months so he didn’t actually have an appointment). My husband went back first while I sat with the kids, then my 15yo, then my 7ho. My husband came out and shortly after my husband went back with our 2yo. Just after my 15yo I was called back so my teen took the baby. We were each very well taken care of. My children are always talked to through the process so they know what’s going on and it’s done with much respect! I’m always given feedback that makes sense to me about mine and my childrens visit. I’ve not once encountered any rudeness or had it appear like anyone there is unhappy or didn’t want to be there! We’ve been attending D& D for many years now with no plans of finding a new dentist!

 My first time there was on November 8th and I was quite impressed with the relax set up. The staff were all friendly and they all had a very good vibe about them. Even though I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years they made me feel very comfortable. I recommend anybody go there to get professional cleaning and advice.  D&D Family Dentistry is a really great practice. We have been patience here for about 8 years. My daughter had a fear of dentists and there used to be a lot of tears involved but Dr. Diaz and staff made her feel really comfortable and explained everything they were going to do beforehand. The whole office makes you feel comfortable, including the front desk staff, hygienists and assistants. I definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

 I had called to cancel an appointment that I had made during an earlier appointment several months before, because after thinking about it I decided I wasn't going to go back and be treated like I was by the hygienist at that time, I couldn't tell you who she was I only remember that she was rude and condescending and acted like I didn't deserve to have my dental problem looked at or taken care of. She acted as if my problem was entirely my fault. I realize that I haven't taken care of my teeth as I should have in my lifetime, but it is hard to do when you are raising a family and making sure they are taken care of, I always have a tendency of putting them first and with living hand to mouth it becomes easy to ignore my problems as being unimportant. After talking to I believe it was Linda at the office, I decided to give them a second chance and was very pleased with the treatment I received, it was a very pleasing and friendly visit and all my concerns addressed and was treated not o
