They always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and informed of what's going on in your mouth:) My previous dentist definitely used materials that were not good for my bite alignment and I constantly had cracked teeth and crowns that needed to be replaced. That has all changed. Dr. Koch fixed my bite with invisalign and my teeth are much healthier and my dental bills have reduced dramatically. Highly recommend this practice! Anonymous |

| It all starts up front with Kelly making you feel welcome and able to take care of all billing, insurance, other questions etc.all with a smile on her face. Andrea, the person who takes care of cleaning, X-rays, and any other prep of my teeth is always pleasant and informative. It’s obvious she knows her job well. Dr. Koch finishes the appointment with her usual aplomb. Today was a routine exam with no problems. Part of this can be attributed to Dr Koch and her staff and their care of my teeth and the info on what to do on my own to keep them good. | Greatest dental office ever!!!! My 6 yr old does not like the fluoride or what she calls them “vitamins” on her teeth which makes her nervous/scared to even come. She works herself up every time. The staff at crossroads is amazing with her! From the front desk (kelly and jan) easing her fears, Dr. Koch who makes her feel so special and such a big girl, to andrea her hygienist. Andrea is just amazing with her! She talks her through every step, shows her how things work and feel, and gets the job done! Even the “vitamins”! The office even went above and beyond for my baby by trying a different type of consistency for the fluoride treatment. Which made my 6 yr old even more proud that she did it! | I want to thank the staff, both in front and in the back for the kind and caring treatment given to my grandson yesterday. He had tooth pulled and at 9yrs old, he was a bit afraid. They were very kind throughout the entire appt, explaining each step to him before they proceeded. Later in the afternoon someone from the back office texted a lengthy text making sure he was doing ok. Shortly thereafter, a member from the front staff called, not knowing someone else had just checked in, and wanted to know how he was feeling and how his pain was. | I have to coming to Crossroads with my family for 33 years. I was thrilled when they relocated from Olympia Fields to Tinley Park in 2001 because I was a Tinley Park resident! I have trusted Dr Shults with my dental health for more than half my life and the dental health of my children as they were growing up. My husband also has been going here for the same amount of time. I give everyone a 5 star rating because I used to hate to go to the dentist and now I look forward to my appointments every 6 months. The entire office staff, the hygienist and Dentists, since Dr Shults retirement, Dr Koch, are all friendly, proactive and listen to any questions or requests I have. I especially like the clean environment, air purifiers, up to date equipment, gentle manner, on time quick but thorough appointments and the non fluoride cleaning paste. I will continue to visit every 6 months. Thanks for all you do to keep my mouth healthy and smile bright! Janet P |

| Switched to this office recently - I had been seeing the same dentist for years and kept having repeated cracked crowns. My friend recommended I switch to Crossroads. Dr. Koch pointed out the materials that the previous dentist had been using were not appropriate for my bite and they would continue to crack. Crowns are expensive, so I have to wonder why my previous dentist would use poor materials for me?? $$$ is my guess as I am self pay and pay cash. I am so happy to not only find an honest dentist but a very caring and compassionate staff. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was the most knowledgeable and informative hygienist I've ever had. Not to mention - way more gentle than my last. She not only cleaned my teeth, she explained why I might have issues and how to prevent them. | Andrea recently provided a teeth cleaning along with Dr. Koch issuing an assessment of my dental health. Both providers provided an action plan for continued dental health along with recommendations to improve potential problems areas. Andrea was very thorough as a hygienist without inducing a hint of discomfort. Dr. Koch answered all of my questions on cosmetic treatment options and actually discouraged some options indicating that my requests would not improve my presentation enough to justify the expense—advice made counter to Dr. Koch’s financial interest! | I love Dr. Koch and all of her staff! The good experience at Crossroads Dental Care starts with Kelly at the front desk. She is always very friendly and welcoming and does her job very efficiently. The hygienist that cleans my teeth does a great job and makes sure she lets the doctor know of any concerns I may have about my teeth. Dr. Koch is such a wonderful doctor and overall human being. She makes sure I understand everything that is going on with my dental health. I appreciate that Dr. Koch does not suggest any dental procedures unless she feels that there is no other way to fix the problem first. I highly recommend Dr. Koch to everyone! Bridget |
