| I had not been to the dentist in a very long time and they fixed me right up! My hygienist was absolutely fantastic, she took her time and was very thorough with my x-rays and my cleaning, she made the whole experience pleasant, I hope to have her again when I go back for my next appointment. The dentist was also very kind and very thorough doing my exam and explained in good detail with some issues I was having and how to treat and further prevent anymore issues. | I went in for my regular 6 months cleaning. They got me back very quickly. The place was clean. Melissa was extremely sweet. I usually hate to get my teeth cleaned,but she was very gentle. No pain at all. My experience was good. You don't mind going back when it doesn't hurt. Jill D |

| My experience was above amazing! The employees that I was in contact with were so friendly. My hygienist Rose.. is truly a rose! She walked me through every step of my cleaning and gave me tips on how to maintain my teeth, including tooth paste and always to use a soft bristle tooth brush. To some it may not be important, but I appreciated her taking such great care of me and Dr Cox… well, he is just an amazing person who truly loves what he does. | Family dentist for years! We usually go to Phil Campbell office it’s closer to home. Called to make an appt for yearly cleaning & routine checkup, it seemed like it had been awhile since my daughter was last seen. Receptionist informs me, she was last seen on Nov 2019. Here it is halfway through 2021 and not even so much of a phone call or SMS automated reminder?? Which is my fault. But besides the fact Dr Cox is an absolutely wonderful & terrific dentist. I went to him growing up as well. He’s still full of life & joy & has not aged at all?? 🧐 what’s his secret? He is full of vibrant energy at heart and spirit and in his profession! Very warm welcoming from the minute u walk in. Nobody likes the dentist, but Dr Cox & staff will completely change ur mind...they are the most fun of any dentist within 200miles or that I’ve ever seen. | I cannot express the kindness shown to my daughter that has severe anxiety with all Doctors (actually this shot as she calls it). She went for her apt during Covid-19 thinking that I could go in when she was called back to see the dentist. Little to our surprise they couldn't let me be by her side due to State regulations due to the pandemic. As soon as I got to my car she text me saying that she was doing fine and that the assistant was so sweet and was explaining everything that they would be doing. | I have been a patient of doctor Cox for meany year's and I have always felt comfortable in his office with Dr. Cox and all of his staff they are very friendly and do a wonderful job. I have never felt uneasy or uncomfortable in they're care they look things over and give you options on what can be done to best help you. | My experience at your office was helpful, informative and provided immediate things I need to do better for better dental health. Provided options to allow for repair of bridge and crown without losing teeth or my bridge.Eased my mind about upcoming dental visits and yall are planning to take over my dental care. | Going to the Dentist is not my favorite outing, but I am always well taken care of at Cox Dental in Hamilton. Dr. Cox is always friendly and accommodating and Melissa always does an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. She is gentle but thorough and constantly checking to be sure I am not hurting. I feel she is genuinely concerned about my well-being from a dental perspective as well as my personal well being. I appreciate Melissa and the entire staff at Cox Dental. Chuck A |

| Dr. Cox is a great dentist with a positive attitude. I have been going to him for several years now and I am very proud of the results I've gotten. Before I went to him I wouldn't smile because my teeth had stains, and now I can smile and not be self conscious about it. His staff are always nice as well. Keith W |
| I was a walk-in patient, had not been there before. I needed immediate attention! They took me right in just like I was a regular patient, got me right in and gave me a temporary fix until I could make another appointment and get a permanent fix. | I grew up very poor, therefore I didn't have chance to visit a dentist as often. A few of my teeth really has samage,I'm so embarrased of them and a mom to 3 so i stay hurt that I can't actually smile in a pic with my babies. No matter my situation the entire staff treated me no different. I honestly don't think another dentist or their staff could be as great as them... THANK YOU!! Carrie |
| From my 6 year old getting a couple silver crowns, fillings for myself, pulling my kids baby teeth, to my oldest getting braces... Dr Cox and the entire staff have provide exceptional services to my entire family! I dont see us ever switching dentists! We were in last week for a silver crown for my 6 year old, she was completely comfortable and relaxed the whole time. No issues with nervousness or pain. I definitely recommend Cox dental group!
