| I've only had my first visit so far - a consultation, regarding a fair amount of work that will be required. (This coming on the heels of a very painful previous procedure with a totally different dental office.) I am so happy to have found Dr. Burch and his team. I found the entire staff to be very caring, attentive to my comfort and needs, and very reassuring about my experience to come. They gave me confidence that I am now in excellent and skilled hands. After the previous dentist experience, it was clear to me that I would require sedation to get through all the necessary work. And Dr. Burch can offer this in a variety of options. They are also working to coordinate the multiple procedures in the most efficient way into fewer visits. Shantay was just wonderful and helped me tremendously with staying calm. And I’d like to thank Rayla, who was also kind, for stepping in and helping out when needed. She actually listened and,when the Dr. arrived, she actually repeated everything I had told her verbatim. I didn’t have to repeat myself to ten different people. | My dentist retired at the end of 2019. I hoped after 37 years with a wonder dentist, I would have the same relationship with his partner. I was wrong, they sent out some antibiotics & told me they would see me when the virus was over. After searching for dentist on the internet, I reached out to Copperfield Dentistry & they got me in the next day. Dr. Burch & his staff were awesome, they cleaned out my tooth & put in a temporary crown. Dr. Burch called later that evening to see how I was doing! I have found a new dentist! SJM |

| Dr. Burch is the BEST dentist in Houston Texas, especially for people like me who are fearful of getting dental work done, but also because he is a grade “A+” professional at his craft. His office staffs are always friendly and take extra time to make me feel comfortable through the entire process. Dr. Burch and his entire staff know I have a really bad fear of doctors (called white coat syndrome) so he talks me through the whole process and makes me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood. | Honestly I feel like I got lucky. I was in need of a dentist and do not have a regular dentist that is see, so I google searched near by dentists and they were able to fit me in that day. The staff was super nice and replaced a boning on my front tooth that broke off. They did a great job and I am continuing to see them to have more dental need done. | Copperfield Dentistry visits are always pleasant. The receptionist(s) greet me with a smile and hello. I rarely wait more than a few minutes before I am seated in the dentist chair. | I have been going to this convenient location for many years. Only 15 minutes from my house. Michelle does my cleanings & is a wealth of dental knowledge. I learn something new almost every time I see her. Dr. Burch has been just as gentle as previous doctor. Dr. Burch really listens to me & addresses my concerns. | Dr. Burch is truly an outstanding dentist. When my son was running in socks on a wood floor and fell and knocked his two front teeth loose at 6-7 pm, Dr. Burch answered his personal cell phone promptly, left his child's sports event, drove from Conroe in rush hour traffic back to his practice, and took outstanding care of my son at a rate that was reasonable, and honestly, much lower than he should have charged. His follow up care for my son was outstanding as well. I went to have my teeth cleaned a few days ago and had the privilege to meet him again for a second time. His bedside (or reclining chair, whatever) manner was outstanding and he really took the time to explain why I had a sensitive tooth, all the options to treat it, the length and costs of the various options, their strengths and weaknesses, and what would be best. | This is the best care you can get for your teeth. All the equipment is new and up to date. The hygienists are so experienced and do an excellent job in cleaning my teeth. Never painful to have X-rays done.( New equipment). Dr Burch is very gentle and explains everything we need to do to keep my teeth healthy. He checks my mouth and throat for cancer as a routine every time I go in. I have all the confidence that he will take the best care of my teeth and make sure I get everything needed to keep my teeth healthy. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for a dentist. | My time is always valued at Copperfield Dentistry. I am always taken back to the treatment room with dental assistant. She began asking customary questions and taking x-rays as needed for my 6-month check-up. When all was ready for the dentist, she called in Dr. Burch who came in a checked for throat and mouth cancer as well as checking the x-rays for cavities. With each treatment that was needed, the procedure was explained. After he left, the assistant cleaned my teeth. I left feeling good about the examination I had; that it had been thorough and that I had been treated with respect. Mary S |

| Love this dentist and his staff! Everyone is so friendly and take great care in making sure that you are as comfortable as possible. I had two fillings done this time. I was taken back on time and the procedure commenced as soon as I was fully numb. Although I tend to get a little claustrophobic during fillings, they took great care of me and I was as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. I received a personal call from the dentist that evening to make sure all was well, which I appreciate so much. It's been several days since my treatment, and I haven't had any trouble whatsoever (minimal soreness and no sensitivity!). I'd give them an A+++ on so many levels and will definitely be back. | This is the best place in Houston/Copperfield to have all your dental care. The office is well run with 2 excellent hygentist to keep up with your cleanings. They gave me a detailed care plan every time with the costs after my insurance so I knew in advance what my out of pocket fees would be. I have had several (5) old fillings replaced for preventive measure of not loosing my teeth early. Copperfield Dental has all new up to date equipment to make the visits so much nicer. Dr. Berch is very gental and tells me to just raise my hand if I have any pain. I have not had to raise my hand ever. He explains what the best options are for long term to keep your teeth healthy so that I keep keep my teeth longer. I highly recommend Copperfield Dental for anyone looking for a new dentist. Also the parking is very easy right in front of his office. Linda G |

| I was pleasantly surprised with the care and attention Dr. Burch and his team provides. I had been with Dr. Jones for over 25 years before he retired and thought it would not be possible to replace his caring and follow-up handling of me. Dr. Burch has a similar approach with medical care and calls me after procedures to see how I’m doing. He is very much concerned about my comfort and the level of care they provide. I also like the updates he did to their equipment and his selection of new treatments. Great job, keep up the good work. Thomas P |
