| I've been a patient of Dr. Demas' for about 10 years now. When you have an appointment, you don't spend a lot of time in the waiting room. Liz is helpful in getting your patient records set up, both before and after your procedures. The practice has an appt. reminder system for patients that is effective. Both the doctor and her staff explain everything they are doing as your visit progresses. Everyone on the doctor's staff is very nice, courteous, and skilled in their own area of responsibility. | Maria always does a wonderful job. That is why I always request her. I do have something in general that occurred after my last visit. You found a small papula inside my left cheek, which you took pictures of and gave me a referral to see Dr. Adornato. When I called to make an apmt., the receptionist informed me that as of Jan. 1st, Dr. Adornato is no longer seeing Medicare patients. I called Aetna and received three names of oral surgeons. However, with each call, I found that although the doctor accepted Aetna, they no longer accepted Aetna Medicare patients either. I called Dr. Adornato's office back and the receptionist is going to get back to me next week. After 30 years working for the school, I had felt confident that I had an excellent retirement plan. With all of us baby boomers now retiring, it's going to be tough on us not having our Medicare honored. I was thinking of possibly calling my dermatologist and my ear, nose and throat doctor on Monday to see if either one i Dr. D |

| From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was taken care of by kind and warm people. Everyone I met was very nice and very aware and mindful of my time and needs. I found our family dentist and am grateful for everyone in the office. I believe I was misdiagnosed several years ago for purposes of money and I felt as though my exam findings were thruthful and Dr. Demas wants to best for me while helping me not to overpay for unnecessary procedures. The only wait time I encounter on occasion is having to wait approximately five to ten minutes in the waiting area before I am called back. I even referred my husband to come and I got $50 off of my next bill. Pam S |
