| I recently had a dental visit, which I had 3 separate cavities filled. I was surprised that they filled all three in a decent amount of time. I had a bit of anxiety but the dentist was very calm & soft spoken & had patience with me. I didn't feel any discomfort & my mouth wasn't numb all day, either. | Emily was professional and had a gentle touch cleaning my teeth and taking my X-rays. Dr Prisco takes his time with me when explaining the best treatment options for me. His assistant took molds of my teeth for at home whitening. She is always professional and friendly. Lisa at the front desk is great with insurance questions and spends so much time making sure of the best payment options for me. The office is clean and cheerful. | Very friendly and caring. The best dentist appointment I've gone to. I'm usually nervous when I go to the dentist, this time I was not. The staff made me feel very comfortable being there. I loved that they didn't do all the work I would need on the first visit and did the much needed cleaning and x-rays. (Doing everything in one visit is how my old dentist got so far behind, like 2 hours behind for just a cleaning.) I was skeptical going to a new dentist but I think I have found myself a good one. | The staff at Scranton Dental, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the doctors, are always consistently conscientious, accommodating, caring, respectful and professional. They have a very large and diverse clientele, so they have to have rather strict office and appointment policies in place. These can be frustrating at first, however, once you get used to them, are very reasonable and ensure that patients are taken care of in a timely way and the practice is run smoothly. I have been going there for over three years, I feel that they run the practice very ethically and skillfully, and overall am very pleased. Kristin H |

| I am so impressed and thrilled by Scranton Dental Center! I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned because it would hurt so much! Well, now that I go to Scranton Dental Center, I actually look forward to my cleaning! The Hygienist is so gentle and is such a nice person! She really goes above and beyond to make the patient happy, comfortable, and satisfied. I left after my cleaning appointment yesterday feeling so good, my teeth feel and look amazing now! And the dentist is so awesome too! He’s efficient and does beautiful work! I actually look forward to having my old chipped filling fixed at Scranton Dental Center in a couple days and have a little cosmetic work done on one of my teeth. | The wait time in the waiting room was 25 minutes past appointment time. I always arrive 15 minutes early, so I was in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you can disregard waiting, I would recommend this practice. Skilled, friendly, and accommodating. Anonymous |

| I had numerous fillings put in over five sessions and all the while there was no judgement placed, which I know that doesn't sound pertinent to a dentist appointment but in my mind it is, I think not feeling like you're being judged for your terrible teeth is rather important. Dr. Prisco and the team over at Scranton Dental was very kind and did their best to make sure that I was comfortable before they went about doing the task of drilling and filling my teeth. Dr. Prisco did a very good job with filling my teeth, even one that he easily could have decided needed to get removed instead. Matt F |
